The replacement windscreen was very quick. I had to call the company back shortly afterwards to report my interior mirror and GPS box were loose. They attended the following day to secure them.

I was able to go through my insurance and book an appointment very quickly and easily. They had good availability and communication as they kept me updated about my appointment. They went above and beyond to get my windscreen replaced and took less time than expected. They were polite and professional, and explained everything I needed to know, and let me ask questions. Hope I don't need them again, but if the worst happens I'd book with them again.

Fault rectified quickly
Windscreen was fitted efficiently and on time. The only problem was that several days later I noticed a deep cut in the lining on a door pillar. NW were amazingly quick to sort this out, fitting a new trim at my home two days later. I would recommend this company.
