I had an appointment at Thetford Branch…
I had an appointment at Thetford Branch for 9.00 and the screen was fitted and calibrated by 10.30. Brilliant service by Terry, but the same cannot be said about the call centre who were unhelpful. I could not be away from home for more than 3 hour as my wife is disabled, I suggested to the call handler the screen could be fitted at home and I would take the vehicle to the depot for calibration. I was told this is not possible as the insurance co. will only pay for one visit. I then suggest I could pay for the calibration. I was then told this would be illegal as all functions must be working. Thanks to Terry all is now working fine.
