Kept informed from insurance claim to replacement.
Confirmation of appointment, reminder of the appointment all very helpful. Staff at reception were efficient and friendly and even gave us instructions on how to get to the town and what shops etc were there. Given a time of two and a half hours to complete the job but I received a phone call less than two hours later to say that the car was ready for collection. Good service.

Great service, A shame I couldn't get a local appointment in the timescale I needed to though.
Apart from having to travel from Bristol to Trowbridge, because the Bristol and Bath National windscreens did not have an appointment before I went on holiday, The Trowbridge branch were fantastic, They fit me in early so as I could get on my way, on my holiday and were very quick and helpful.

Very polite and accommodating
Very polite and accommodating, worked with me to arrange dropping the car off and picking it up later, the technician removed the dash cam holder (not a requirement of the job) and also re-fitted the dash-cam cables as best he could (again, not part of the job). Literally from first contact to picking up the car was a pleasure, all the staff said hello with a smile, even if they were not dealing with my car in particular, very professional - Thank you.

Two guys turned up who were very polite, friendly and professional. Tracking of the driver is a brilliant touch but a shame I was sent details for the driver who was turning up second as they needed to stop elsewhere on route. Great service
