Everyone at the Trowbridge branch are very friendly and truly professional. Neil, as the front man in the office needs a special thank you as he goes out of his way to help!! Its my second visit in 8 months-whilst a broken windscreen was a huge inconvenience i knew the team would be fantastic the second time!

Frist you started off on the wrong foot…
Frist you started off on the wrong foot I told head office I will not be there till after 14.20 but got a call saying on my way about 10 in the morning so I managed to tell my 94 year old mum that a man was coming to the door to fix the car .The young man was so good clean and happy done the job put the key back in letter box and text me all done . So the 5 stars was for him and not for anyone at head office

There's not many places you can go to these days that provide a straight forward service, carry out what is expected and do everything they say they will. I didn't get the names for the two gentlemen but they were great. They gave me time to get to the appointment from a hospital appointment, they said they would ring when it was complete and they did, and the screen was replaced in a very little window. If this gets back to them - thank you!

Really helpful at the depot
They helped when the first windscreen was damaged on arrival at the depot and sensibly made sure they ordered a rubber surround for the windscreen before re-booking the appointment
