Windscreen crack
Had a very small stone chip crack went to my nearest National Windscreen to get this sorted, Waited after an hour to come out and the crack be exactly the same as it was. The person that repaired it tried telling me it was a lot bigger before. I could tell the moment he saw it, he didn’t really want to take the job on because when he touched it, didn’t feel like it was a surface crack. I would have been happier if he just replaced the windscreen.

I booked the date online they then back in touch and went through what to expect what needs to be done they were very professional on the day of arrival they told me when it will be done they fitted the screen and they phoned to say it was completed and I could pick it up they explained what I could do and not do ror the next week very helpful and very professional good experience thank you

Unecceptable!…
The window was smashed on Friday morning and repaired on Wednesday afternoon. I drove for five days without a window because the company only works from Monday to Friday. Unacceptable! They should work 24/7

Unnecessary Second Appointment.
The calibration tests could not be done, nor could the windscreen wipers be fitted on the original appointment date. These required an additional visit from Lichfield to the Wolverhampton depot to complete the windscreen replacement.
