Windscreen change
Got told a time . Arrived a little early to make sure. Staff were very pleasant . The fitter got straight into changing my windscreen. Didn’t take too long neither. I would highly recommend national windscreens

Had a windscreen repaired it leaks
Had a windscreen repaired, it leaked, call in to the call centre to report, told I will receive a call back, now on day 3 and still no call back and been on hold so far for 20mins as I try to call again listening to the most annoying music. in another review they are told to contact customer relations WHAT A SERVICE, I'm guessing they won't reply either !
Got an answer after 24mins, put on hold while they tried to contact the branch, surprise surprise no answer but allegedly someone will call me back this morning ! I won't hold my breath !

Fitted a new screen it leaked !
Fitted a new screen in a Mini Clubman it leaks badly, I am still waiting for a return call to sort it out. Once fitted you are a second class customer!

Glass replacement.
While the glass was replaced and seemed to be fitted well after a week I tried to use my electric windows to open and close them and they were and still are really stiff and slow to close and open. Also My two back seat safety belts closest to the windows seem to have stopped working properly since that day too. I don't know why that last thing would happen but it as.
