Disappointing service
My first appointment was cancelled at short notice even though my front windscreen crack was getting bigger and I expressed my concern. (Lack of staff at the fitting site). When I had the screen replaced, they said they would contact me to let me know it was complete. Nobody contacted me and when I turned up they said they forgot to ring me.

Windscreen replaced with OEM glass

Efficient service
Efficient service. Only minor gripe was dropping my car off during a pre booked early slot (8.30) when the car had been scheduled to be dealt with at 10.30. Prior notice of that would have been helpful.

Terrible company.
So my toyota estima had a big crack on the screen, its been 1 month since i contacted national windscreens. First they said they dont have the windscreen as its an imported, rebooked and today the person turns up to repair and says the weather is bad come to the telford branch. Then he said sorry its a 2 person job and they will ring me back within 30 min and its been 6 to 7 hours and still no call back. Just wasting my time. Absolute joke of an company. Should be embarrassed with themselves. Just so many excuses. Unbelievable.

Don’t trust them
I booked them twice and they came at home but didn’t replace the windscreen cuz of weather and second time one of the man said come onto their branch I went there it’s took me 20 mnt when I came there old man said to me wait in the room (customers waiting room) after 2 mnt old man came to me and said fu..n another windscreen is already broken.
