Placed booking with a weeks notice
Placed booking with a weeks notice. Phoned day before and no windscreen. Re booked for the following week.
Dropped it off on the required day. Collected later and wipers on wrong way round which they changed. Noticed the next day that my auto lights are now permanently on and that function doesn’t work anymore. Didnt clean the screen or dash. They sent through the job sheet afterwards and apparently all the items had been checked and passed. Found a clip on the floor which I can only presume is off the headlining so waiting for a corner to come down. Don’t want to take back for them to fix sensor as I don’t think it’ll get done

Ok, but best of not waiting
With most cars needing to be done on site, the waiting room was dreadful, cold dirty and didnt smell great. Ok if you live locally and can drop and go. Lads all seemed helpful.

Shame no reciept was provided
After i contacted my Insurance provider National Windscreens contacted a day later. We made an appointment and i was kept informed for their arrival. The replacement window was fitted properly and promptly.However after payment i was promised a receipt which i still haven't received.
