Had the window replaced twice and still got a noise there a rattle or vibration something which was not there before I had the original windscreen replaced

Very helpfulfrom being to the end
Very helpful stuff from the being to the end. They explain all process. When I bring car they expect me and after that I just give keys and wait . They updated me after every step. On the end they give me back keys and I pay for service. All on the good atmosphere.

Staff were lovely and friendly
Staff were lovely and friendly, offered me a drink whilst I waited for windscreen fit. Reliable and quick for repairs. Couldn't fault anything 😁. This was my first time booking anything like this through my insurance and as a new driver, they showed me the work what they were going to complete which gave me confidence if this ever occurred again.

Super efficient
The personnel, especially "elvis", were brilliant.
