Only went them as my insurance only…
Only went to them as my insurance only allowed them, defiantly will not be doing it again car was left filthy hand marks all down the pillars and ceiling the person who installed it did not put my window trims back in correctly and also the cowl tray, they never even clicked it on to the window which then resulted in rain going through the gap the following night during a storm absolutely terrible service.

How wrong can you be
Had a screen fitted. All the rest of the glass in my car has a slight green tint. The screen replaced also had a slight tint. NW put on a clear screen. Spoke to depto manager who was so rude and told me that I need to take up with insurance which is wrong. Now that the the matter has gone to customer care team let’s see what happens

Poor windscreen repair
Had a 21mm windscreen crack caused by lorry. Their technician repaired it using a windscreen repair kit. No visible change was seen after the repair. However, 5 months later during the car MOT the garage said that the quality of repair was poor, and subsequently recorded a windscreen defect on the MOT certificate. Reported the problem back to National Windscreens and they said that a replacement windscreen would be payable by myself, and i was not happy with this. Do not use this company for windscreen repairs.

Even when I forgot to take off my M6 toll token off the windscreen, the guys had already removed and reattached to the new screens - it’s the little things that make the difference. Thankyou
