Yet another success from NaturesLens 😁. Alaska on the cusp of Spring has all the makings of a challenge, and you rely on the whales to be reading the script. Fortunately both the weather and the whal... See more

Spring Birds of Lake Kerkini photography holiday
Having been to Lake Kerkini twice with NaturesLens during winter to photograph the amazing Dalmatian Pelicans I was exited about what the area had to offer during Spring - and it turned out to be just as rewarding.
In Spring, the birdlife on the lake is in a league of its own and the photo opportunities are second to none.
Thanks to David and NaturesLens for a fantastic trip - I will definitely return!

Dalmatian Pelicans - Lake Kerkinin
I have just returned from Lake Kirkini photographing Dalmatian Pelicans. NaturesLens organized the trip and it was excellent, the trip went without a hiccup from start to finish. David Miles from NatureLens was our host and an excellent host he was. His photographic expertise was passed on to us without question. I learnt a lot from this trip and would recommend it without hesitation.
Thankyou NaturesLens and thankyou to our boat driver Vasilis
Dalmatian Pelicans with Natureslens 5 star +
Just returned from Lake Kerkini with NaturesLens and David Miles. An outstanding trip from start to finish. Weather was perfect, hotel was excellent and everyday we were taken to some great locations to see and photograph the Dalmatian Pelicans. Everyone on the trip had the chance and time to see and take what they wanted. All in all a first rate trip which I would highly recommend.

This was my first trip with Natures Lens and it was great. There was also great help with my photography techniques so I felt that I had improved significantly as a photographer during the course of the holiday.

Trips to Cherish
My partner and I have been on two trips with NaturesLens. Firstly to the beautiful Fair Isle where we spent many memorable hours with the puffins. Secondly we went to Greece for the Dalmatian Pelicans. The accommodation on both trips was very clean, welcoming and with great food in abundance. Our guides were very knowledgeable of the subject and area and good fun. Everything is so well organised and we came home with some wonderful images.
Just booked my third trip
Just booked my third trip with NaturesLens to wonderful Skomer. Brilliant company with fantastic destinations and friendly knowledgable guides.

From initial booking to return home Bulgaria spring 2019,amphibians and reptiles
From initial booking to return home, found Natures lens to be very good.Communication and advise on flights to book, to the guides-the local guide was extremely knowledgeable on the target species, from finding them to his handling of them. The Natures lens guide(Victoria) ,I also found very knowledgeable on the use macro techniques, lighting and subjects we where photographing
The hotels and food was all of a very good standard, the transport-a new mini bus, was also very comfortable, as on this trip we travelled quite a lot to get to different sites
Over all a very good experience
Skomer Island
I’ve been on two trips to Skomer Island with Naturelens both were very successful. Although the weather didn’t help but the guides did their best to let us enjoy our time at the island. I’ve met some lovely people on the trip and enjoyed dvery minute of it and looking forward to going again next year.

What more could you ask for?
Skomer with NaturesLens
Skomer is a beautiful part of the world and it was a real privilege to share it with a bunch of photographers - particularly when the day trippers had left. Our two photographer guides were really committed to improving the performance of all participants and were always on hand to advise and chat. It helps to know what it is you hope to achieve before you arrive - birds in flight, portraits etc. If you do you will get the right advice to help achieve your goals.
They even sort out all the food!
Excellent trips
Excellent trips. I've been on two NaturesLens trips, one to northern Sweden for golden eagles and forest birds, one to see iced up grizzly bears in the Yukon. Both of these trips have resulted in a stellar collection of images and have been great fun. I'd highly recommend NaturesLens.
Absolutely wonderful
Absolutely wonderful!
I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who’s interested in wild life, travelling or a keen photographer. Every detail of my trip was throughly thought through to make sure we get the most of our time there. Made many good friends that I still keep in contact with after my trip. Thank you NaturesLens for this great trip!
Smoothly run top quality experience
I went on a Natures Lens trip to Alaska and it was amazing. Everything ran so smoothly so we could concentrate on photographing the wildlife. The local guides that David and PN use are very experienced and know exactly how to put you in front of the creatures you want to see. I loved every minute of this experience.
Had a great experience with Natures…
Had a great experience with Natures Lens on my trip to Skomer. Organisation was excellent before the trip and the two guides whilst on the trip were fabulous. I loved it so much I booked to go again as soon as I got back.
5 stars for sure!
5 stars for sure!! I’ve been on numerous Natures Lens workshops here in the UK and around the world, and can’t wait to go on my next one with them. The communication they provide is professional, and ensures that the lead-up to the trip is as smooth as possible, you know what to expect on the trip, and most importantly, what to take with you!
Once there, it’s clear that long and careful planning has gone into the trip in order to give you the most and best possible opportunities to photograph wildlife in their natural environments. They obviously take great pride in seeing what photographs their clients can achieve, and arevhappy to have some flexibility, if the trip permits, so that you can try and get that one shot you’re after. As always, the tour leads are experienced photographers and are more than happy to give you any help and advice you may want with your gear, composition, technique, etc.
Most of all, a photography trip with Natures Lens isn’t a workshop - it’s a photography holiday. It’s an opportunity to share your wildlife photography passion with like minded people, take great photos, learn new things, see nature and wildlife at it’s best, and have lots of fun and make new friends in the process.
Absolutely loved this trip
Very well organized, with all the right information. Often smaller groups which is a big advantage. Always ready to answer questions if you have any. They always strive to put the clients in the best possible situations for them to make some really nice shots. Natureslens is highly professional and just really nice people too
Fantastic Photographic Experience
I was lucky enough to photograph the wild white horses in the Camargue with Natures Lens. Being relatively new to wildlife photography I was a little nervous about booking the trip but Pui Hang Miles was absolutely brilliant, we talked at length before the trip, where she told me exactly what to expect and what equipment I should consider. During the trip Pui helped with my settings and composition to ensure I got the best shots possible, after each shoot we discussed how things went and how I could improve for the next one, we reviewed photographs and discussed how editing could further improve the photos I had taken. Pui even gave up some of her down time to go out and practice some different photographic techniques to give me more confidence. The trip itself was really well planned, the shoots were brilliant, the locations were well thought out, and the utmost care and consideration was given, not only to everyone on the group but to the horses and the environment. Both guides made sure that everyone got their shots and were happy. After the shoots Pui came out in the evenings with the group and again made sure that everyone had a great evening. I would whole heartedly recommend this trip and Natures Lens as they really do care about every customer and what they do. I will certainly be doing this trip again and I will be going many more trips with them, my only regret is that I didn't book this trip sooner.
NaturesLens is my first choice for serious wildlife photography !
So far I have been on two NaturesLens tours and both were absolutely fantastic ! The Costa Rica tour was the best photographic holiday I ever had. We saw an incredible number of bird species and other wildlife - much more than I could have hoped for. The organization was superb and the whole trip was a wonderful experience. I have already booked two more trips with NaturesLense and can hardly wait till they start. These are tours every serious photographer will love. You might just get more photos out of it than you can deal with :-).
