Website and store is NOT in London, or the UK - they are a China only operation.

Ordered clothing (12 December 2024) for Christmas 2025, from the "London" store, website is purposefully deceiving. Goods were not in the UK, but in China, so cancelled the order. Navy London refused to cancel the order on request (requests made on 12th, on 20th) but they shipped anyway (28th). Goods received were incorrect, low quality and not fit for purpose. Now want me to pay for shipping goods back to them. DO NOT USE.

Unfortunately couldn’t give zero stars! Fake company from china who advertise designer clothes and send out poor quality imitation tat with sizes that would only fit small children. Refusing to refund, so letting the credit card company argue the toss! Avoid at all costs. Hopefully they will be closed down by trading standards shortly.

kept making excuses for delayed delivery. I got my money back via my credit card , thankfully.

I had to give one star to be able to write this review. IT’s a star they don’t deserve. Had I done my due diligence I would never have placed an order with Navy London. The quality of their products can only be compared to charity shop rejects. I’ve seen better dressed scarecrows.
Please don’t waste your money on this company. You’ll definitely be disappointed.

Scam company. Avoid like plague. The company is based in China, the goods took about 6 weeks to arrive and are clearly counterfeit and not as advertised. I ordered a ‘large’ shirt and it would probably fit an 8 year old. The quality is laughably poor. To return the items you have to pay to have the good shipped back to China!

Avoid this fraudulent company!
Their name and website gives the impression they are a London based company, but it’s just a front for an extremely poor quality Chinese business.
You wait ages for the delivery, and the size and quality of their clothing is ridiculously poor.
If you want to return an item it will cost you £20 and if you actually receive the refund, it will take ages.
I’ve since seen the same website under a different name as well.
Trading Standards should do something to stop this company.

Avoid it ! No refund policy but they offer 15% discount on the next purchase. China based company and their excuse is environmental issues if we want to return the items. This company should not be trading in the UK. They abuse the UK standards and people live in it. It is a scum. They sell rubbish opposed to what they advertise on their website!!

Inferior qualify/faulty goods supplied & they will not honour the 30 day guaranteed refund! Instead offer on 15% refund- rouge traders to be avoided!!!

This is a scam, unfortunately, only found out after purchase. package remains to be collected by courier even after weeks of notification. Please, please do not buy from them, i have lost my money and don't want anyone else in the same state.

Avoid avoid avoid cheap and poor quality goods no free returns cost me £34 to return goods which were not as shown scammers being waiting over a month for refund still Chinese Customs have had item since 03 December today 16 December for returning clothes … avoid buying more hassle and customer service poor

Be warned. This stuff is total junk. The quality is extremely poor. I bought some boots that were supposed to be hand made leather but were total rubbish plastic and really poor quality. I also bought a jacket which looked great in the photos but is really poor quality. Total junk. O wouldn’t even spend the money to send it back.

This company is an utter scam. Do not send them your money!

I ordered a pair of boots from this site thinking that the company was legitimate and UK based. However the "boots" arrived from China after nearly 3 weeks and when I opened the package I nearly fell over.

They are advertised as being made of leather but what was sent in no way looks like the pictures on the website and are definitely made of some cheap, nasty smelling plastic. They STINK like petrol. Utterly horrific.

I ordered a 43 size boot, these say 43 on a tiny sticker on the back of the plastic upper but are way too small. At least a full size too small and hurt my feet in every way possible. They are tremendously badly made and incredibly uncomfortable - even putting aside being too tight, the way your foot sits feels completely wrong.

I would never, ever use this company again and am kicking myself for not doing better research about them before ordering.

An utter scam

One star is too much. This company should be shut down. Ordered goods 4 weeks ago. The site looks legit and even displays (falsely) high customer review scores. Then when checking the company out after not receiving goods shocked to find so many people in the same situation. How are they allowed to continue trading? AVOID as everyone else but the odd bot has said. Sadly like me you're probably only finding out after purchase ;-(

Oh and don't believe their customer service or tracking. Promised the goods were due for delivery on 3 separate occasions using the same tracking number which of course doesn't work.

Had a wee problem with a zip on a jacket. Anna at Navy London was excellent and a new jacket is being sent . Excellent service 👍

A complete scam. Goods received can only be returned to China at huge cost. And even then refund is at their discretion. Don’t throw good money after bad. Avoid at all costs.

I am beginning to think this company is a scam company ordered and paid for my goods over 4 weeks ago they said they sent it, I could not track it, they said it was delivered , IT NEVER WAS>
Tried over twenty e-mails to either get a new coat or money back so far no good /Still trying

Possibly the most dishonest company I have had the misfortune of dealing with.
From the lies that they tell to lure you in, through to the appalling quality of product they sell, which for some mystery reason can only be returned to China if you have a problem.
It's nothing short of criminal that this type of company is allowed to trade.
In short, rather than give these criminals money, give your hard earned cash to a charity, at least then it will go somewhere worthwhile and actually help people.
