I ordered two coats well over a week before Christmas. One arrived on the 29th December and one arrived on 4 January! I've submitted 5 requests for a return and have had nothing back. They are clearly... See more

Completely agree .... RUBBISH quality and service
Completely agree with vast majority of other reviews - had to return an extremely inferior item to China at my own cost and then they refused to give refund so doubly out of pocket. Sad to say I have had to admit defeat but to anyone else out there thinking of buying from this company - or others like it - DON'T!!
Scam Site - terrible quality product
The quality of these products is so bad that not even my charity shop will take them!
This is a scam
This is a scam. They operate under false retail stores purporting to be closing down in London. There are no such stores and the premium brands that they sell are counterfeit. Foolishly I thought I was getting a deal, but if it sounds too good to be true. It probably is. Avoid at all costs, very cheap manufacture that basically does not work or fit properly. This is a Chinese based scam company who lie and cheat and then refuse to refund.
Absolute Scam - Avoid at All Costs
Placed an order for over £300 of various products - website looked professional and deals looked good. A couple of hours later, I became suspicious so decided to check online reviews and was horrified to read what everyone else had left on here and requested to cancel my order. My order was placed on 9/11 and as of today (26/11) it is still not complete. That said, what I have received is counterfeit junk and their online help is basically blaming me for placing the order saying they operate within completely transparent guidelines and referring me to their terms and conditions.
Currently using my credit card provider to try and get some or all of my money back.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS
This company are a con.
This company are a con.
The articles posted are not as advertised and returns are not given as they insist that you return the item to China at a cost to yourself. Con merchants.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam . The so called product was shipped from China and is ABSOLUTE rubbish . Bears no relation to the advertised product . To return I would have had to pay more the actual product . So I gave up .AVOID
Scammers
Scammers, like others that ordered Jackets they are fake jackets, arrived today, not Helly Hansen!
Avoid these scammers
Avoid these scammers
This company is currently displaying a false Trustpilot rating of 4.8 on its website. Unfortunately I didn't actually check the Trustpilot site until the jacket I had ordered arrived. Poor quality goods and chest size 10 inches smaller than advertised. Having now read the other reviews posted here I probably won't waste the cost of return postage but just chalk this one down to experience. I hope this helps save other potential customers from also being ripped off.
Scam
I haven't received anything from the company yet, 12 days after buying from what I thought was a London based company sending via Royal Mail to UK mainland address. Just looking at the reviews I don't think I will receive anything worth £150.00. I consider the money lost. I should have checked out the company first - my mistake.
been waiting 2 weeks for reply…
been waiting 2 weeks for reply cancelled order and asked Them to refund my account herd nothing from them do not use this company they are scammers ripping everyone of
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I wished I had looked at online reviews before I purchased from them.
The products they show on line are nothing like what you receive, there are no labels giving what it is made of or giving care instructions. I was expecting nice sweaters and I received cheap elasticated sweaters
Their 30 day money back guarantee is not honoured, you won’t get a full refund and the returns address is in Asia and postage is at your expense.
Have a look at other negative reviews
I’m not surprised they are closing down
Appalling Chinese company
Appalling Chinese company. Pretending to be UK based. Return items have to be shipped back to China. Very poor quality. Refused to give me a refund claiming they never received item. I have tracking info to show it was delivered to the address they gave me. Don’t be fooled by their fake advertising. Lesson learnt by me. Never again.
Navy-london thankfully closing down!
I see they are closing down but offering bargains.
I hope people wonlt be tempted because they will receive NOTHING.
Can only reiterate what everyone else…

Scammers
I, like all others on here have fallen for this scam scum, Facebook shouldn’t allow such company’s to advertise this sort of scam I’m still waiting to receive my jumper 3wks later I hold out no hope it will turn up and tbh I don’t even want it too as I’m sure the quality will be poor
Fake Company selling fake goods
Fake Company selling fake goods. i ordered what i seemed was a helley hansen jacket for it to have 'outdoorjackets' plastered all over it. the material is very poor and all made in sweatshops in china. return costs £30 which is half the price of what i payed originally.
Massive Scam, definitely don't order from here as youll end up disappointed.
Fingers crossed the company gets found out as already reported for fraud.
This is (or are) chinese companies who…
This is (or are) chinese companies who are exploiting the system by posting on facebook with false claims about their heritage. Frequently about London with big discounts and closing down sales. However many of their claims are false and can be considered spam. These include amongst others Navy-London, ArthurandBlanche, Taylorand Brown, (There is a real Taylor and Brown in the UK) Velora London, Belvoir. These scams are becoming more sophisticated and wide reaching and can often be confused with genuine existing companies. When, and if, goods are delivered they come from China, take long time to reach the UK and are nothing like the photographs. Buyer beware
False advertisement of branded clothing items
False advertising of discounted branded clothing items that arrive and are not branded and completely different to as pictured on their website, avoid at all costs
