I ordered two coats well over a week before Christmas. One arrived on the 29th December and one arrived on 4 January! I've submitted 5 requests for a return and have had nothing back. They are clearly a scam. I will be submitting a claim to the small claims court on 30 January as that will be the time limit that THEY say for returns.

The scarves that arrived do not appear or feel like 100% cashmere wool.
All in all a very disappointing experience.

Just a scam! Do not buy from them. Dress I ordered arrived, nothing like the picture. Whe I told them I wanted to return it, they demanded I return it to China or I could keep it for 10% off, though I did not want it! I would cost me minimum of £14 to return it but having read reviews, I won’t waste my money trying! Avoid this pretend British firm!

This is a complete scam. They are not London based. They are from China. I ordered two shirts online that were advertised as ‘high quality, lightweight material’. When they arrived a month after I ordered them, they turned out to be 100% polyester. The company offers 30-day money back guarantee. I am waiting to hear back from them to see if they will honour their promise. If they do I will remove this review. If they don’t then they are clearly a dishonest company. I will notify Facebook too.

Update:
Out of principle I decided to return the two shirts at a cost of £20 shipping cost. Two months later I have not received my refund. I will be taking legal action against this company.

SCAM - after one month no deliveries - just received the shirt - it doesn’t look anything like advertised, cheap rubbish - I will be getting a credit card refund as I’m not prepared to engage with these fraudstwrs again - this is a SCAM

Abysmal customer service. I have been scammed by them, bought a pair of shoes in good faith, they did not fit. It turns out there are no returns unless sent to China - this I tried, a bogus address and very expensive postage cost. 6 months later the shoes returned address unknown.
The goods were poor quality. I was a fool to be sucked in.
Never be tempted to buy from them

Navy pretend to be a UK company but are a front for the worst quality Chinese tat possible.
Boots I bought literally fell apart within a couple of months.
Don't fall for the glossy pictures and fabricated discounts!

The garment I purchased was not to my liking, it didn’t fit and the material was not what I had expected. I tried to return the item, the company offered me a second item in addition to the item I didn’t want, but I had to pay an extra fee. I explained I just wanted a refund. After a lot of emails back and forth the company said they would not agree to a refund until they had inspected the garment and they would not cover the cost of postage. They gave me an address that was in China. I sent the garment tracked and signed. This was on 23 August 2024. I heard nothing until Monday of this week when the item was returned because it was not accepted by the company!

One star as low as possible! Ads should be banned!

Product so bad I gave away to a charity shop! Boots unworn and they can’t sell them for £9.00

Customer service is an absolute joke and takes weeks to arrive from
China! Claim to be a British company and when challenged about it they don’t even try to hide the fact.

I do not know how this company is still able to trade. In July 2024 I returned 2 dresses out of principles and they have been returned today, 4th March 2025, return to sender. Absolutely unbelievable. Please do not buy from them.

I’m rating this company a single star, but I wish Trustpilot had a means of warning people of possible scams. I am in correspondence with the company, who, after 6 weeks since I ordered a pair of shoes, and I received some plastic monstrous items, are offering me a 10% discount to keep them. They are also reminding me that I will have to pay for the postage back to China, and I should think of the environmental damage this will cause.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS SCAM. I don’t mind being fooled as long as I spare someone else the same ordeal.

This company is a complete scam! Goods take weeks if not months to arrive. They don't want you to return goods, if you do it is to China, and then they refuse to accept them and they are returned to you. Their sizes are nowhere near and their quality is diabolical. Waited 2 months for shoes to arrive. They are nothing like I ordered. Having been sold a premium leather pair of shoes which are faux leather and sold for half the price on tictok shop. Absolute SCAM.

Ordered a dress last June was extreme poor quality and top big. Had to pay £20 to return it to China have just received it back again! No refund.

Absolutely crap it a con company takes your money sends crap goods. They send the same email every time, I’m surprised that they are still advertising goods. They should be banned from FB. Scammers scammers scammers.

This scamming company operates under several different names. They all seem to be build on Shopify platform. Shopify has a complain tool which is simple and easy to fill in. Report, report, report to stop the scammer at source

Never Never buy from Navy London. This company is based in China. Having foolishly ordered a pair of shoes [which took ages to arrive] which were too small. I wanted to return them for a refund. After a lot of unhelpful emails, I was given a bogus address in China. I am now out of pocket for the goods and postage, which was substantial.
8 months later, the wretched shoes have been returned here. I am furious and feel powerless. It has been a worrying experience.
