I ordered two coats well over a week before Christmas. One arrived on the 29th December and one arrived on 4 January! I've submitted 5 requests for a return and have had nothing back. They are clearly... See more

Utter,utter rags
Utter, utter rags. Not much else to say really. Total waste of money.
Poor quality items, rip off return policy
Ordered items for my son's Xmas present. One item was too small, emailed them for a return address and they offered me 15% discount on my purchase.
I have declined the offer and await their reply.
Having checked their website it states items have to be returned to china, but the return address on the parcel I received is in the UK.
If there was a zero star that's what…
If there was a zero star that's what Navy London would get. Like others here ordered a Helly Hansen winter coat but got some rip off low quality product identifying itself as 'Outdoor'. It's not a terrible coat in itself, just cheap and not what I ordered. Thank goodness it was a coat for me, imagine if you ordered for a loved ones xmas present etc. Sorta wondered why go to the effort of shipping anything at all and just take the money? NEWAY, this is a scam. 68 quid I will never get back. Avoid avoid at all costs.

Utter scam.
Utter scam.
Ordered 2 jackets at 2XL…. Both turned up and of such poor quality and completely the wrong size (both labelled as 2XL but are a L at best).
Emailed the company and they want an extra £13.00 to send another size.
When I asked what size I should order, they said it was my choice🤷🏻
Complete waste of money.
Should be banned from advertising anywhere 😡😡😡
Avoid
I mistakingly bought what I thought was a genuine HH jacket from this company. Having read the reviews I cancelled my order and asked for my money back (within hours of ordering).
The company said this was impossible as the item had been sent. I pointed out that that according to their own tracking datas it had not been dispatched and was awaiting collection.
A certain Anna replied that I should wait for the item to arrive.
I raised my concerns with Paypal and another company - this time in the Netherlands claimed that the item would be genuine!
I cannot understand why this company has not been taken off Facebook or investigated by Trading Standards in the UK.
If this company is not a scam I don't know what it is and should be given a red mark.
What you see is (not) what you get
After a few wines, I clicked an advert on Facebook, first mistake...
Took me to a slick looking website looked legitimate, and selling a Helly Hanson jacket in all black for £59. It's my birthday and too excited, I told my wife I really want it so I ordered.
On receiving a tracking email, I was instantly disturbed as the London company was shipping a jacket from China (second time I've been duped by Chinese Facebook adverts!!! I need to learn) ... I messaged the selling company, and like so many on here Anna replied very quickly... I asked her if she was AI and built to delay a complaint as I was asking immediately for a refund and cancel shipment. My conversation went on with this AI bot for a few days until I got bored. The last message confirmed it was shipped, too late... please refer to the terms of purchase and return conditions... I didn't read them as I didn't expect to receive anything ... like last time. Today a few days later I received the jacket, which was supposed to be helly Hanson, but intact us "outdoor sports" manufacturer quality is average standard, the branding is not for me, the zip a different colour, I've emailed the fraudsters to confirm, they are not 100% criminal but 65% still it is false advertising and miss selling, ha but Chinese companies are not governed by UK law, and Facebook is above the law, much like the Labour Party. Either way this company, it's website should be shut down .. or avoided at all costs please for tour own sake... if it looks to good to be real, it is probably not real!
Images may be attached for you to laugh at me but I can't see an option
Total scam
Total scam. Wait ages for item from china which is of such poor quality it’s unbelievable. No contact available with the “company” as emails bounce. Lesson learned… will send the item to the tip as it’s embarrassingly poor & not worthy of being a charity shop donation.
Read the returns policy
Read the returns policy ! Don’t get scammed
Scammers!!!
Update…. Jacket arrived today!
Not the Helly Hansen jacket as shown in the images on the website.
Just some cheap Outdoor Jacket?!
Thieving C&NTS!!!
Why don’t I read reviews before I purchase things….
Been weeks and still no product.
Will not answer my question to confirm the Helly Hansen jacket I’ve ordered is authentic.
I have asked for a refund now twice and they keep dodging the answer. Charged me twice for one delivery as I added 2 jackets to the order but removed one prior to confirming.
Why would you get charged delivery for each item?
Absolute scammers!! Do not purchase from this company.
Don't do it!
This site looks very similar to the 'Velora London' site which is also offering clearance reductions as the "site is closing down" - looks suspect to me - save your money for a proper high street shop!
AVOID …….
I bought two days ago jacket for my husband for £59.98 as a Halloween offer, but silly me didn’t read those reviews 🤦♀️
I send email to Navy-London very soon after I purchase the item but they respond very quickly that my item has been dispatched and is on transit🤦♀️They said that I need to wait till item will arrive and then request for refund.
I already contacted my bank and they said - wait up to 14 days and then call us back and we will help you to get money back.
I already prepared that I wouldn’t receive my item or it will be something not acceptable for what I paid 🤦♀️
I will update here what happened.
Organized crime - You'll never see the item or your money back
I've been scammed myself. Just read the return policy on their website. These are crooks advertising on Facebook to hook people into discounted and poor-quality stuff from China. You'll never see the item or your money back. So far they have not been banned by Facebook guiding you to their website through its sophisticated analytics engine and the banks allowing these types of transactions despite reports of fraud.
Robbing Chinese C***S..!!!
Robbing Chinese C***S..!!!! Advertise an item and then ship something totally different. When you ask for money back they expect you to return the item to China at a cost which is as much as the original item. They try everything to get you to keep it and offer pathetic credits of 15%. Avoid like the plague. False advertising - reporting to trading standards and VISA for refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..!!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased a shirt online. It was not stated that the shirt was made and shipped from China.
The quality and fit of the shirt were so bad I immediately requested a refund only to be told that I would have to ship the shirt back to China at my expense.
This company needs investigating by Trading Standards.
Absolutely scammers.
Absolutely scammers.
The jacket is appallingly made, not as described, and will cost £20 to send back. Which may still be worth doing as I wouldn't use the jacket as a dog towel!
