I ordered two coats well over a week before Christmas. One arrived on the 29th December and one arrived on 4 January! I've submitted 5 requests for a return and have had nothing back. They are clearly... See more

Why or why didn't I read these other reviews…
Why or why didn't I read these other reviews first!! Avoid this company like the plague.....or Covid.....which, come to think of it, also came from China.
The cut of the garments and quality of the material are so bad, I would sing it from the hills were it not for the embarrassment felt from the damage done to my judgement and fragile bank account. I'm now having to hide this purchase from my wife just to avoid the additional feeling of guilt and disgust with myself.
Returning items cost so much, it's just not worth extending the experience and after reading other reviews on here, it is not guaranteed that your hard earned money is reimbursed.
I only hope that my review of this company is the last one posted on this great website and you are now deterred from looking at Navy London.
Ordered cashmere cardigan but guess…
Ordered cashmere cardigan but guess what, yes it arrived in reasonable time but was 100% nylon, no cashmere in sight.
Full trade description lie.
Navy London you should be ashamed.
I saw the ad on Facebook
I saw the ad on Facebook. Looked genuine. Ordered. But then saw another ad for shoes with same photo which was immediately concerning. Looked to be another brand with a different story - not giving up the store but just big discounts. Feels not genuine. Please be careful. I have cancelled and applied via PayPal to have a refund. Will see.
Absolute sham of a company
Absolute sham of a company, poor quality goods shipped form China….you are responsible for the return shipping costs if you try to return….don’t buy!!!
Chinese Thieves - avoid like Covid
Navy London
Quartier Manchester
Muse London
All are fashion charades stealing money, supply grossly inferior rags (not worthy of being called garments)
Money never returned and despite numerous complaints Facebook refuse to remove their posts
Nigel Collins
Nigel Collins, are you aware that you've given them 5 stars?
Five star con artists
Five star con artists
I ordered a coat yesterday (thankfully on credit card) for my son and when I wasn't asked for some measure of security it raised concerns.
As soon as I received an email to confirm my order I got back to them to say I wanted to cancel. Apparently and much to anyone with half a modicum of intelligence it came as a massive surprise to discover it had already been despatched and would be with me in the next 14 days. 14 days. Where on earth was it coming from? Well apparently it comes from China.
I've had a running email thread with someone called Anna who I suspect may just be some sort of AI. If I had a choice of smashing my head against the wall or talking to Anna it would be a close run thing.
I can't wait to see what crap turns up if anything at all but I know it's not going to be anything like what was ordered judging by the experience of others.
Avoid Navy London
6/11/24 - A parcel turned up last week with a coat that looked like the one in the picture but the quality really wasn't that of a coat which had supposedly once cost £300. Trust me I know what a good coat feels and looks like as I own a Aquascutum winter coat.
There was no packing note, no order number and no returns indication so I returned I to the address provided on the packaging. Navy London say I need to return it them and are washing their hands on it all. I'll be talking to my bank again.
22nd November
The courier I returned the coat to has now returned it back to me thankfully. I contacted Navy London (read somewhere in effin China) who've advised me how to return their item. After a visit to the Post Office it transpires it would cost either £32 (insured) or £25 orinary to return this coat.
I'll be talking to the bank again.
If you value your sanity don't order anything from these utter shysters
Never buy from this company
Never buy from this company. It is based in China and all responses are automated. The goods are of poor quality. Avoid at all costs!!
If I could give zero stars I would.
Be warned this company is a rip off
Be warned this company is a rip off
Ordered on the 11th September still waiting
Wanted to cancel the order they told me I can’t
Reported as a merchant dispute via bank
They are not London based all the stuff comes from china
DO NOT USE
This is an automated scam
This is an automated scam. If you make the mistake of buying from this organisation, contact your bank and report your transaction to the card disputes team. They should initiate a chargeback to recover your money. Then don’t accept the package when/if it comes, because thereafter YOU will be responsible for returning the goods to them (which will likely cost you more than the price you paid for the goods).
Don’t be in any doubt this is a scam, so treat it as one. Report it to your bank and step away.
This is a Chinese company pretending to…
This is a Chinese company pretending to be a uk company, twice I ordered the same jumpsuit… on both orders got a cheap version of the pic, both the wrong colours… 1st they refunded me 50% of my refund and said I could keep the jumpsuit, second order the same cheap suit … I’m awaiting my refund.. it’s a scam don’t order from them… I’ve reported them

After waiting over a month I received a thin, cheap, price or cr*p. Not at all what was advertised in the picture and certainly not worth £50! They product also has no labeling or branding whatsoever other than "fashion" written on the buttons.
Total rip off
Total rip off. Rubbish goods and I’m trying to return which I doubt I will be able to do. Buy nothing from these people.
Navy-London Do not believe what you read on their home page…… Navy -London
Navy-London is a Chinese company & really not what it appears to be.
It advertises '30day money back guarantee’. This is not what happens.
Read the small print, especially concerning returns.
I sadly purchased items in July & returned them within a few days.
The items have arrived back in China but they are intransit ……… ? July - October
I am still waiting for money back.
Scam
Scam - the clothes look NOTHING like in the advert and you have to send back to Asia!! The Trustpilot reviews on the site are all FAKES. Do NOT buy ANYTHING from them
Scam alert!
Thought twice awarding a full star here. TrustPilot should implement negative marks. This company deserves 5 stars in the negative. Scammers all the way. The only thing they have right is the prompt generic email sent back after complaining. It’s been almost a month, nothing delivered. Also, they use Shop for tracking service, Shop should remove this business from their customer portfolio. My £35 green wings and never to be seen again.
Have been waiting for a month now and…
Have been waiting for a month now and still haven't received any goods. Having read the previous reviews here I doubt I'll be satisfied with the products if they do ever arrive and it costs a minimum of £19.95 to return any items. I regret not undertaking more due diligence on the firm prior toordering.
DO NOT BUY
1 month later without any tangible item I purchased. Tracking shows item is still waiting to be shipped from China, doubt it’s even been made - requested for a full refund with a typical AI reply. Wish I had looked the website up on here first, prior to ordering, their social media ads are sophisticated and well done. A company like this truly represent the scum of society. B*stards.
