We came into store looking for yard boots and had a great time! Pip, the store assistant, was fantastic. She knew which range of boot would be good for my teenager (womans foot size but child leg height). Pip was knowledgable and extremely helpful. She found not only yard boots but also new riding boots and chaps which fitted like a glove. We will certainly be back to Naylors! Thank you so much!

In July I bought an expensive pair of Ariat boots that were supposed to be waterproof . After 6 weeks they were leaking . I took them back to Naylors with box and receipt. A sales lady asked me if I had contacted Ariat about this matter , I said no as my gripe is with them as retailers not Ariat . She went to talk to her supervisor and came back and told me ‘ as a favour ‘ and against their policy of 28 days , she would refund my money .
This is only if I changed my mind , not if the goods weren’t of merchantable quality
If I had been a timid person I would have gone away with leaky boots and out of pocket by £145 , luckily I’m not . I got a refund and bought some other boots
Is this poor staff training or company policy to give incorrect information to customers ?

Just had the best shopping experience of my life at Naylors thanks to Pip (the shop assistant). Taking two horse mad girls is never easy, but she was patient, attentive and responded fantastically to the numerous request made by us. The range was good and both girls got everything they went for. A huge thank you to Pip and the staff team. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely superb service from Bev and cashier my daughter brought a hat and body brace along with a few treats and the fitting was so thorough and Bev was fantastic. Quick, effective and reassuring service. The cashier (whose name we didn’t catch!) reminded me to use my blue light discount and gave us a loyalty card for a very expensive purchase. Definitely be coming back despite the journey!

I had to visit Naylors in Cannock to purchase a bottle of “Purple Spray”, a vital part of our horsey first aid kit but I couldn’t locate it.
Fortunately for me I asked an amazing member of the team to help me. This lovely lady, Tasha was a mind of information and knowledge. She advised me that the Gold Label iodine spray was a really good alternative. I had never used this product before, in fact I’d never heard of it but Tasha reassured me of the products benefits, ease of application and is always in stock. Consequently I purchased 2 bottles, brilliant stuff and does the job even better than Purple Spray.
Tasha, thank you so much for your help and advice, if you hadn’t been there on that morning I would have walked out of Naylors empty handed. You have made me aware of a product I didn’t know existed, well done.
This is what puts Naylors at the top of the league when it comes down the staff, any company is only as good as the people they employ and with Tasha, Naylors have employed a diamond.
This lady is brilliant. She is very knowledgeable, extremely polite and courteous, good at sales without being ‘pushy’ and very well trained. The fact that Tasha has such a wealth of knowledge about all the many items that Naylors stock and sell is simply breathtaking.

Went into Naylors 2 days before Christmas Day it was very busy. I asked if I could have a riding hat and body protector fitting for my daughter. Tash was great so patient, she tried on lots of different body protectors on my daughter until she had the right fit. Thank you so much Tash.

Meg who was supporting customers on the day gave her time and support in helping me find a riding coat to go over my body protector. Meg was kind, caring, had a laugh when I needed too over sizes and made sure I was happy with my choice, I went on to purchase riding tights as well which looked nice with the coat and a hat and snood. I felt at ease and supported and like I didn't need to rush and could wander around and have help when I needed it. Thank you so much for a really positive experience, you really are a Gem and made me feel valued- I went horse riding today and felt so comfortable and had the best day Thank you :) xx
