Naylors - Cannock Reviews 

I had to visit Naylors in Cannock to purchase a bottle of “Purple Spray”, a vital part of our horsey first aid kit but I couldn’t locate it.
Fortunately for me I asked an amazing member of the team to help me. This lovely lady, Tasha was a mind of information and knowledge. She advised me that the Gold Label iodine spray was a really good alternative. I had never used this product before, in fact I’d never heard of it but Tasha reassured me of the products benefits, ease of application and is always in stock. Consequently I purchased 2 bottles, brilliant stuff and does the job even better than Purple Spray.
Tasha, thank you so much for your help and advice, if you hadn’t been there on that morning I would have walked out of Naylors empty handed. You have made me aware of a product I didn’t know existed, well done.
This is what puts Naylors at the top of the league when it comes down the staff, any company is only as good as the people they employ and with Tasha, Naylors have employed a diamond.
This lady is brilliant. She is very knowledgeable, extremely polite and courteous, good at sales without being ‘pushy’ and very well trained. The fact that Tasha has such a wealth of knowledge about all the many items that Naylors stock and sell is simply breathtaking.
Tasha, thank you so much, my hero, you saved the day.

I ordered a bridle online which came damaged, went to the cannock store after getting really poor customer service from online, thank you so much to Tash for honouring the price and taking all the stress away, your customer service is brilliant, thank you ever so much again. Amazing staff

Came into the store today for the first time and I can well and truly say the customer journey I was taken on was exemplary!

One staff member to highlight and overly helpful was Callum, keep doing what you’re doing Callum. Brilliant.

Went into Naylors 2 days before Christmas Day it was very busy. I asked if I could have a riding hat and body protector fitting for my daughter. Tash was great so patient, she tried on lots of different body protectors on my daughter until she had the right fit. Thank you so much Tash.

Meg who was supporting customers on the day gave her time and support in helping me find a riding coat to go over my body protector. Meg was kind, caring, had a laugh when I needed too over sizes and made sure I was happy with my choice, I went on to purchase riding tights as well which looked nice with the coat and a hat and snood. I felt at ease and supported and like I didn't need to rush and could wander around and have help when I needed it. Thank you so much for a really positive experience, you really are a Gem and made me feel valued- I went horse riding today and felt so comfortable and had the best day Thank you :) xx

Absolutely fantastic service from Naomi at Cannock today. We went in for yard boots. She went and got several pairs out for my daughter to try.
Even offered price match on boot when found online cheaper.
Wanted to purchase riding boots too but none instock so she directed us to website & showed us 15% off code too.

Visited today for some new competition boots was served by a lovely lady called Bev. She advised me on the most comfortable in her experience, and after trying a few different boots I totally agreed. My husband is over the moon as he was paying and even with a top thrown in it was a lot cheaper than he was expecting to pay winner winner all round . Very friendly helpful polite staff all round. Excellent customer service from Pip for our hat fitting. She was very patient and thorough with my daughter and explained what she was looking for and why certain ones weren’t a good match, we got a great fit. Will definitely be back!

Pip was extremely patient and helpful when trying on hats and body armour for my 7 year old. She provided honest advice regarding the fit of the armour so we will definitely come back for further purchases. Pip made us feel comfortable, she was very kind and explained everything perfectly as our daughter is relatively new to riding.

Amanda and Harriet advised well on what bedding I should get for my very wet horse as I am very new to the horse world.
