It was another successful shopping trip to Naylors, thanks to the expert help from Joanna. Absolutely terrible (telephone)…
Absolutely terrible (telephone) customer service. They really don't give a toss! Avoid like the plague, would be my advice.
My wife placed and order to collect. Receipt stated pick up from 14th, so visited on 15th to be sure. No sign of the order.
Despite having travelled 50 mules our of our way, customer service was cold, uncaring and abrupt. Refused to post on to our home in Finland. Even refused to forward to Manchester! Just a stonewall, and thats despite spending £500+

Exceptional customer service
Visited today after a break from riding for all new kit. Store is well stocked, clean and tidy with pretty much anything you might need. Jo was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, even fitting my new hat and taking the time to discuss different boot options, nothing was too much trouble. I left with everything I needed, extremely impressed with the outstanding level of customer service. I will absolutely be going back after today’s great experience.
