My wife was looking for a riding hat after starting again in horse riding.we dealt with a lady called sheridam who was very good and was very patirnt.would mot hesitate to shop here again and i would thoroughly recommend the store.she is a great asset to your store

Customer Service Outstanding
I visited the store today with my Daughter. She was looking for some new riding boots. Ella was very helpful bringing out multiple boots for my daughter to try as she is between sizes right now. Joanna was also very knowledgeable and helped us to find the perfect boots, ones which we probably wouldn’t have considered ourselves. Joanna really couldn’t do enough for us. What a customer service experience we had.

Sheridan was so helpful when we visited, I used the mechanical horse which was great. The store was well stocked and really nicely laid out. Definitely worth a visit, lots and lots of products and clothing. Sheridan’s colleague was also very friendly and helpful (sorry I didn’t get his name). Thank you for a great afternoon 👍

Jayne at Naylor's helped us find the perfect body protector
Jayne at Naylor's helped us find the perfect body protector for our 9 year old. Experience shone through - and she was just lovely. We then bought a few riding clothes in the sale (great prices).
Well worth the 45 min drive from home and we will be back!
Oooh and they do a Blue Light discount!

Fantastic Hat fitting
Lovely store with a big selection. Came for a hat fitting and Joanna was so helpful and thorough. Came away with the perfect hat. Very happy and will definitely recommend to others.

As regular customers of Naylors Nantwich, I wanted to commend the team on how helpful and welcoming they always are. Always receive a very high standard of customer service from any of the team we deal with, but a special mention to Zara, who is brilliant with my autistic daughter- she always leaves the store happy and smiling after speaking to Zara. This is one of the many reasons I choose to shop here rather than other local equestrian stores. Keep up the excellent work!

Friendly and thoughtful staff
Had a lovely shopping experience this afternoon thanks to a member of staff called Saffron. Impressive service
To be honest: I hadn't planned on actually buying anything at Naylors' during my first ever visit to one of their outlets last Sunday. Arriving only at 3pm I also didn't expect friendly and engaged advisors, not only because of the time but also because one rarely comes across any of those. But I met Jo L and it was due to her calm, knowledgeable guidance that I found attire I could not leave the shop without and ended up spending just shy of £500. There was no pushing into buying things, just patient sizing and trying on of body protectors and boots, friendly chats and knowledgeable advice. I now have both items perfectly fitting to me and left the shop really impressed and in good spirits (well before 4pm, may I say)

Rug missing a leg strap, i was told I couldn’t return it to store.
The rug was missing a leg strap so I drove to the Nantwich store hoping to exchange it. Only to be told by staff they wouldn’t accept it. Even though I had all the packaging, paperwork and the box it came in.
I needed a rug that day so drove home to post it back to Naylors. I then went to Hope Valley and bought a replacement there. They were much more helpful. I won’t be buying from Naylors in future.

Visited the store today with my sister and daughter. Joanna was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she offered lots of advice and guidance around the items were looking for. I have visited the store on numerous occasions and Joanna has shone out with her customer service. Going that extra mile to help us with our queries and purchases.
