Placed order and it arrived within 4 days (and that included a weekend!). It was well packaged. The Water Guzzler mat, which I bought to place at a door out to a garden, was excellent quality.

I have previously bought the mat and am satisfied with it but this purchase was for the brushes to go into the mat. They're ok but they are very pricey for what they are. Would have been more satisfied if they were better value.

Water Guzzler mat.
The service from NBB Floor Matting was excellent and fast delivery. I bought two mats and they are brilliant. I have two small dogs and the mat dries their feet before they get to the tiled area. Would highly recommend this mat.

A Superb Mat

Ordered with a 10 day lead time
Ordered with a 10 day lead time - when I rang to see where it was after 14 days I was told delivery would be the next day and when it did not arrive I was told they did not have any !!!!!!!!!
Then I was told it would be a further 3 weeks before they had one so they changed my order and then told me more wrong delivery dates twice again.
I was also told the difference would be refunded and now we are more than a week on and no refund !!!!!
I do not understand why I was told "delivery tomorrow" when you did not have any stock and the person did not even bother to check obviously plus told a refund would be made and it has not. This has been an absolute farce from start to finish. Very poor customer service indeed.

It was incorrectly specified
It was incorrectly specified as being 60cms wide (which was the exact size I wanted). In reality it was 62cms wide so I had to cut it down to size. Won't be buying anything from them again.
