Chelsea D at the Cardiff branch was friendly and very helpful in assisting us with our selection of lounge suite and material.
She went out of her way to explain the options available for configurations for the model we selected.
I would recommend Chelsea to anyone visiting the Cardiff store.

The assistant, Paul, was extremely helpful when l entered the Cardiff store, and enquired about dining chairs. He showed me the range, and commented about the various styles that were available. What impressed me was there was no pressure on me to purchase certain types of chairs, and l was advised to take my time, and try them all in an effort to choose the most suitable, and comfortable for my needs

The shop had exactly what we were looking for and sold furniture made in Wales! Mark’s service was excellent

Wouldn't recomend this shop for buying an expensive sofa. I am so upset with the outcome of this purchase. Customer service told me to complain to the delivery firm for damage to my door and paintwork. They then told me to complain to the people who sewed the cushion because the stitching that holds the zip in place was not stitched down which is 4 inches long. Also when i ordered the sofa i also paid to have an extra seat which" as in showoom" had a scatter cushion to each seat i expected to have the same but again been told in order to obtain the missing cushion i need to go down to the shop and see the sales man as i cannot ring and speak to him. I feel like this company dose not take accountability for any of these faults they have not been willing to offer any compensation or good will gesttures. Also sofa was delivered to me damanged and broken it doesnt connect to the rest of the sofa been told i have to wait 8-10 more weeks for this new piece which i originally waited 10 weeks for the sofa to come absolutely shocking service for such an expensive sofa. All i am asking for is the missing boulster cushion to go on the extra seat i paid extra for and ive delt with nout but incompetence and avoidance. I have now told them i no longer want the sofa. I have been told that i cannot return the sofa as they are making the new part to replace said broken part. I have only had this sofa 7 days been complaining from day 1 of having the sofa. Im sure im well within my rights to be able to return it as i am completely deflated and upset that customer services have made everything difficult.

What shocking aftersales do not buy anything from this shop my sofa turned up after 10 weeks of waiting the delivering men rammed in it causing damage to door way and paint work, then the end arm bit was broken. l also paid for another seat which cost extra £399. In total with delivery I paid up front £2387, on the display sofa in the shop it has a scatter cushion on each seat the one bolster cushion was missing with the extra seat that I purchase, also stitching on the arm cushion was not stitch by the zip . The men took photos but so did I and they rang someone and I was told to use the broken bit until they had another one made but this would take another 8 to 10 weeks. I then emailed them to say I wasn't happy and they said I needed to put in complaint form to the delivery firm, even though I paid NCF Living and not the guys themselves the delivery charge. also I needed to speak to someone else about the stitching. In the email they implied I would have to pay for another bouslter cushion, they went back forth passing the buck not helpful at all, no good will jester in means of the amount of problems we've incurred, it's still on going but if they do not rectify these matters I will be sending sofa back it's a nightmare

Abbie was incredible from the very start, so welcoming and personable. Her knowledge of products and services was a true selling point. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to configuring the sofa in store to accommodate spacing in my new home. I would really recommend dealing with Abbie at NCF, her charisma and intelligence is very comforting when making a big purchase!

Great experience in store with the team

A great experience right from walking in the door of the Cardiff branch, we were met by Mark. He was very knowledgeable, he gave us space to wander and try out the many display suites.
After thinking about it overnight we returned the following day to purchase the sofa.
Overall a really good experience and I’m sure I’ll be back later in the year to make more purchases.
