Morgan in warrington branch very freindly, gave us a few options for recliner sofas with lumar support. Didnt feel pressuriser and he answered all our questions. Great sofa.

Clear, friendly, professional

I am extremely disappointed with the service from NCF. What was supposed to be an exciting purchase of sofas and a dining table has turned into a frustrating and stressful experience.

Our delivery has now been delayed by over a month with no clear explanation. Despite having paid in full upfront, we still have not received any of our furniture. Every time we contact head office, we are given different stories that clearly seem designed just to keep us waiting rather than actually resolve the issue.

To make matters worse, they have refused to offer any refund, leaving us completely stuck. Communication has now broken down entirely — our calls are no longer being answered, which is incredibly unprofessional.

The store manager has been no help at all and openly admitted she doesn’t even know where our order is. That level of disorganisation is unacceptable, especially when customers have already paid in full.

Overall, this has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from NCF.

Popped into the Warrington shop to have a browse of beds. Lovely range of furnishings in the shop and Tom made me feel welcome. Went through the range of beds with me and provided through information. Customer service was great

Damage caused to wooden floor on delivery of wardrobes.
Damage caused to a wardrobe by delivery personnel tilting and not lifting unit into place causing wheels to be crushed into the base
Damage caused by installers trying to lift the unit using wardrobe handles which were ripped out and had their thread stripped.
3 months of trying to resolve through "customer service" who hardly ever answer the phone or respond to emails
Accusation we left the delivery wheels on place (wtf?! Eh?)
Meta data on all the photos we supplied showed photos were taken within minutes of delivery, but we are told it's subsequent consumer damage over the three months despite unit being untouched
Told to self repair but this isn't possible as the cheap chipboard was fractured, ripped out dowels and ruined laminate finish by delivery action.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OR BUYER BEWARE.
Heartily recommend Oak Furniture Land instead. A little more expensive but quality and customer service are sky high by comparison - which I suppose isn't hard given how pathetic NCFs response was.
Will now dispute through Amex and/or small claims court with the photographs and their geolocated and time stamped meta data plus delivery documents

I wish I can give them 0 star to this company. Waiting for my order to deliver from last 3 weeks, Both Warrington store and their delivery team (Furdeco) are very unprofessional. They are just keep saying the same thing at every call that they are looking into it and get back to you in next 24 to 48 hours. they have fully failed to deliver my order on time. Not even able to locate my order in their warehouse.

Had a great experience at NCF WARRINGTON today. No hard sell the minute you walk in we were left to browse. Laura looked after us and demonstrated a console sofa we were interested in and we subsequently made a purchase. She was also very helpful providing a wide range of purchase option and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Will place another review once goods are received in about 3 months which was also clearly explained.
