I visited the store in Warrington and ordered solar extension dining table and 6 Albany chairs in November paid £500 deposit !
No one contacted us to tell us table was in stock ,no one answers the phone at head office ever!!! We had to drive to the store to pay balance in early February. Table arrived smashed this firm is horrific !o/no WROM1269
AVOID at all cost !!! Driver also drove over the lawn . Horrendous

Visited the store with my mum to get her some new furniture after looking for weeks in several stores- ordered a soda, dining table and chairs. No confirmation email for the order or anything received. Items delivered by a third party company who delivered the wrong dining table- spent 5 days trying to call customer services who just don’t answer and sent several emails to which none of them have been answered. To say you spend a fortune the customer service is absolutely pathetic and worth no stars at all! We will not have to travel back to warrington and hope that they will do something in store!! ABSOLUTELY AVOID!

Excellent customer service so far, if the furniture we’ve ordered for my elderly mother, is as good as the service we’ve received so far, we will be maids than happy. Having visited on 3 consecutive days to find what my mum was looking for, we’ve been pleased with the assistance we were given each day by Elisha, and the fact that we weren’t pestered, as happens in other shops. Looking forward to the delivery.

He couldn’t do enough for us and went above of beyond, showing us the different options and even went back and forth with manufacturer to customise our dream couch for our new home. Update no 2! Was previously told by Stephen in the warrington store that my sofa was due to be delivered on 18/02 25. Fast forward to today 24/02/26 , and dont have a sofa. I have emailed customer services, but have not yet had a response. I would not recommend buying from this store. I have had nothing but bad service. They will promise you the earth and deliver nothing, literally!
UPDATE. I was contacted this morning by NCF customer service team, who told me that all was correct with my order and to expect it in the next couple of weeks. 5 stars for customer service. If I ever order again I will make sure that I double check everything before I leave the store.
I wanted to purchase a 2 seater sofa. I was served by the manager of the Warrington store, Chris. The initial purchase went well. However, on returning home I received my email receipt. When I read the receipt I noticed that Chris had ordered me a 3 seater sofa instead. I returned to the store , spoke to Chris and pointed out the error. He was apologetic and said that he would cancel that order and order the correct sofa. After I left the shop I received a voicemail from Chris assuring me that he had now ordered the correct sofa. However this sofa was not in stock, so would not be delivered for 5 to 6 weeks, initially I had been told 1 to 2 weeks.
Fast forward to 05/02/26. I received an email fron the delivery company noticing me that they would contact me shortly to deliver my 3 SEATER couch!
One again I returned to the store, I spoke to Stephen, who was very helpful. He has promised me that he will resolve the issue with my order. I'm not holding my breath. ....Watch this space. Will they be zero stars or snatch one back?

I purchased a chair on 17/01/26. I was told delivery would be within 7-10 days. I still haven't received my chair I am having the same issues as others on here, sending emails, not being able to speak to anyone. Out of numerous attempts I only received 1 message back, informing me as the courier hadn't picked up the full load. Despite several attempts since I am unable to get a response.i have never come across a furniture stores customer service that is almost non-existent. It's ridiculous when people pay a lot of money and are treated like this. I wish I had read these reviews before stepping foot inside the Warrington store. I am at present unable to get to the store as it isn't close to where I live and I need to rely on someone to take me , due to my health issues ( heart disease). I have asked for a full refund as I can't be coping with the stress and frustration of not being able to get a response from anyone.
If someone from customer service does happen to read any reviews my order number is(WROM1547).
