BEWARE EXTORTIONATE CANCELLATION FEES
BEWARE EXTORTIONATE CANCELLATION FEE'S.
I tried to cancel my order due to a change in my personal circumstances (within less than 24 hours of order) I have been advised I must pay a 50% cancellation fee (over £600).
I have asked customer services for support given my change in personal circumstances and the short cancellation leadtime, but am simply referred to T&C's.
I cannot see how 50% is justifiable as a fair reflection of the actual incurred costs and in my opinion is therefore a breach consumer rights act of 2015.
Shame on you NCF.
Customer service and support is zero.
