On entering the store I was greeted by Chris who could not have been more helpful and answered any question that was put to him in a reassuring and knowledgeable manner.

A big thank you to Mark and the team in Warrington for providing such a great, seamless experience while we’ve been getting our new home set up. From the moment we walked in, Mark really took the time to understand what we were looking for, asking thoughtful questions about our space, style and what would work best for our family.

Rather than rushing us through the process, he talked us through the different options and showed a genuine interest in helping us find the right pieces rather than just making a sale. That level of care and attention made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable.

We ordered a new bed and mattress from ncf living Warrington on 9th November 2025. We were told it would be delivered the following week as they were both in stock, so we had to pay the full amount up front of £1,797. I tried constantly over the following 10 weeks to receive my bed and mattress but all to no avail. I was promised phone call after phone call from Managers but they never materialised. Eventually I sought legal advice and was told what to do. Suddenly after sending letters advised by the legal Team I received a phone call to inform me that the items would be delivered the following week. I was also told that I would be reimbursed the delivery fee as a good will gesture. Have I received this......NO !!!!!!!!
When I received my bed it did not come with any instructions i.e. the bed is electric and is powered by a switch on the sides of the bed. For this to function I have to unplug it for 30 seconds and then press the button to lift the mattress up. If I haven't finished what I am doing in a matter of seconds I have to switch it off again and wait another 30 seconds to plug it in again to lower the mattress.
I would definitely not recommend this company for any furniture what so ever. It has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Once they have your money the staff are so rude and unhelpful.

Today my wife and I were serviced by Laura (Warrington) at the store. She is nice, professional and informative. We’ve found our beloved sofa today. It is a pleasant shopping experience.
