Everything went fine

Everything went fine. I don’t think it is necessary to have to fill out reviews over every call or report. Or even a review after another review or a review on how the review went. It is a bit much

The whole company has changed

The whole company has changed. Not for the better. When they "re-structured" it was not to help the guests or the clients. To speak of one component of NCR, doesn't cover the all the issues they have.

Portal Report Needed...

The phone assistant seemed very knowledgeable, was easy to understand and provided accurate and timely support. This is refreshing as most overseas telephone support is very slow, painful and hard to understand.
