Willing to help and successfully rectify errors
After some original difficulties, Neat & Shaken were very helpful and solved the issue with speed and professionalism.
Despite the original mistake, I believe the company did everything possible not only to ensure the correct delivery of items, but also in communicating with me their steps and procedures, and with this, plus the overall attention to our circumstances, I can genuinely say that they have done the very best to ensure my satisfaction as a customer, and understanding as a person.
