Outstanidng product and customer service
Really great product and service. I ordered two wall mounts for road shoes and one for MTB shoes. They are super strong and look great on the wall. Much better than just shoving my sweaty shoes in a cupboard.

Issues resolved very very quickly!
I ordered Neatcleats as a Christmas gift well in advance but unfortunately my initial order was damaged and destroyed by the courier. On contacting Neatcleats to make them aware of the situation they responded to my email within minutes and sent out a new item early the next morning via express delivery. The item arrived the next day and still in time for Christmas. Can't comment on the product itself as its a gift for someone else but couldn't fault the customer service and delivery speed to rectify the issue.

I have bought 2 products from these guys now. The Wall Mounts where I can clip my shoes on nice and tidy ready for the next ride. Also the portable version which keeps my sweaty cycling kicks outside of my bag. All great quality. Dan

Bought NeatCleats and Zpurs after I saw them on Instagram. Great for travelling with your bike and running shoes, particularly triathletes! Used to stuff my shoes into shoe bag but it waste space, NeatCleats and Zpurs are compact and functional.
