I have ordered multiple times from neatcleats and all the received products are excellent quaility and so useful for organising my shoes/helmets.

Had some issues with delivery (Hermes delays) but neatcleats sorted this out quickly and efficiently.

I would have no problems ordering from them again.

Neat Cleats are really smart, love them. I need to travel a lot for meeting my cycling team mates and for the races surely, Neat Cleats make a good job in having everything ready and handy!
Plus they are very well designed.
Thinking about getting some for running shoes as well.

Delays/troubles caused by the actual shipping situation have been compensated by immediate response and update!

The tracking of my order was incorrect. I've waited almost 2 weeks for delivery. I've e-mailed NeatCleats for an update about my order, but deedn't received an answer. It's a bit a lack of service I think.

I was looking forward to my NeatCleats Align+ order, but it would seem that there are delivery issues and a lack of communication to go with it. Seems strange to spend good money marketing something if you can't deliver. I've seen other reviews with this same issue. I'd have had no issue had they bothered to drop me a note, but one star for not bothering.

Absolutely excellent customer service. Had a small product delay and a minor miscommunication after initially placing the order. Once Alistair was made aware of the issue, he took complete ownership and solved the problem. He made sure to follow up and communicate every step of the way. Alistair turned a possible mediocre customer service experience into an example that should be followed by others.

Customer care is important to them might take a few days to respond but they will try to help with any issues

I came across Neat Cleats while looking for a solution for my commute to work. I wanted to be able to wear my cleats while being able to swap to my normal shoes when I get to work.

I was in luck to find Neat Cleats! Especially right now as the Zpurs are offered for free with orders of Neat Cleats. The design of both products is very clever and useful. There is nothing like this that I was able to find anywhere else and I just had to buy them.

I bought the SPD SL versions and they are well made and fit my cleats perfectly and I have yet to find any flaws with the product. I definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to store or carry their shoes in a neat and practical way!

These are my 3rd set of neat cleats, easy to order, quick to arrive. It'd be great if the packaging could be improved. The neat cleats are pretty tiny, and come in a small but generous box which is probably sized to accomodate the whole family of products - great. However, the shipping box was HUGE. Shoe box size. Perhaps most purchases are wholesale, but if you're selling to the public, have small sized boxes too. They take up less space in a mail van and use less material, even if the postage is about the same.
