Phoned on a Friday to call (non emergency) an engineer out to replace the central heating valve controlling hot water to tank/radiators in my central heating system. An engineer arrived on the following Monday morning with all the parts and took just over an hour to do the work.
Very satisfied with speed of response and expertise of engineer that came to do the work.

Jamie arrived within an hour of our call to deal with an overflowing cold water tank which was causing a leak into a lower flat.
He successfully resolved the problem by replacing the ball valve in a tank which had very restricted access.

Very good people who do what they can, but it seems that the boiler needs looking at by the people who installed it. Sometimes the heating works but sometimes not.

Great Service.
Called Neater Heat for a boiler service via the online booking system.
Was informed of the date an engineer was available then closer to the time an exact time at which they would be Turning up so I didn't have to wait in all day.
The engineer was clean friendly and very polite. He carried out the work and also advised me on an additional plumbing issue I had. He also gave me the answer that three previous plumbers couldn't give so it was nice to actually have someone who know what they were talking about for a change.
He explained that the water temperature issue was due to the property being a new built and that is the maximum temperature the bath tap can be set at. At the same time he also turned down the temperature on the sink as it was scalding hot as t no extra charge.
Very decent service carried out by a expert for once. Couldn't recommend Neater Heat more highly.

Five stars would be perfection & if I give that they may stop trying in the future...!
However, they arrived when they said they would.
They estimated when they would complete the installation, & then finished on time. They cleared away all their rubbish, & when they left us everything was working well....Oh yes, & they were polite....
So what's not to like...?
