A wonderful company to work with

A wonderful company to deal with their so professional and patient and reasonably priced I can’t recommend them enough. Especially James Lahiff (head of operations) and Chloe in customer services in billing. They couldn’t have been more helpful more supportive, more informative and just kind,polite and patience.

Very prompt and efficient service. 100%

I reported the fault on Thursday after hours. I got a phone call from a young lady the next morning at 9. 45 AM. It wasn't suitable for me so I asked the young lady could she call me back at 11 o'clock which she did and got my broadband up and running Thanks very much.

Can not rate this compay enough and…

Can not rate this compay enough and customer service is fantastic. Left an email to say my internet had gone off ........no fault of thirs id plugged the cables into the wrong port 🤦‍♀️. Promptly recived a call back and back up and running in no time unlike bigger companies who will still be trying to sell you a mobile phone contract that you dont want 50mins later 🥴

I felt that they were super sincere

I felt that they were super sincere, and not just another business trying to subscribe me. The agenct showed technical prowess and explained things to me in terms I could understand. Really hard to find a company or agents like that anymore.

Absolutely awful

If you want an internet company who never answer the phone or return calls then this is the company for you. We’ve had nothing but trouble with our internet connection (off more that it’s on) and trying to get hold of them is near impossible. They are open Monday to Friday 9-5 and have no out of hours number (particularly helpful when the internet goes down at 6pm on a Friday) and every time I call I get a recorded message saying the agents are busy and asking me to leave a message. The quickest response time I’ve had from them is 2 days. Currently trying to report and outage (it’s been off 48 hours so far) and tell them we’re leaving them but you can guess how that’s going!

Brilliant customer service. Excellent coverage.

We have recently moved to the UK, and after doing some research, we opted to use Neatley for our internet requirements. It is very difficult to get a 12 month contract with any other company, however not a problem to Neatley.
EXCELLENT, customer service, every time I have needed assistance.
Look no further than Neatley for all your internet requirements.

James was very polite & courteous & respectful. He was professional, efficient, knowledgble & helpful but more importantly patient, kind & understanding. He spoke clearly & precisely which is important because I am hearing impaired. I could understand everything he said. He is a credit to your company.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company. I was with this company for three years. They have been amazing, very understanding. It's a pleasure to be able to talk to a real person on the phone rather than automated person and they always get back to you within 24 hours. I'm sad to be leaving but being in a rural I needed a different service. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company, rude, abrupt. Paying for internet I never agreed to, I don’t even have a router. They keep taking money out of my account!!!! This is going to the top and by god they will pay me back. AVOID THESE SCAMSTERS AT ALL COSTS
