Was assisted with my questions by Colm. He explained everything clearly and at times repeatedly-with great care and patience making sure at all times I had the appropriate service I required. He was kind and considerate and was very knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this service and provider based around how valuable the staff are. AVOID. I signed up in May, it’s now nearly November and I still have NO INTERNET. I asked to cancel and instead was CHARGED MORE to get the internet to work. It’s still NOT WORKING and I have asked to cancel. They are telling me that I will have to pay to cancel (for a service I have not been provided?). The customer service is also shocking, when I was joining they’d reply so quickly- now I’m asking for help it takes an average of a WEEK TO REPLY- bearing in mind I’ve spent over £200 with them so far and have gotten no internet ! I fully appreciate covid issues but there is not a protocol in place that means that if one person isn’t in , someone else can deal with it! It seems like a very small business with poor management who are just looking to make money.

I will give 0 stars if I could. Its been 5 days since the payment was made for starting a a new broadband connection. There has been no response on phone enquiries, email enquiries and the customer service is pathetic. I am hoping to get someone to even respond but no one cares.

A refreshing company
I have been with Neatley for a few years now. I had a poor credit rating and I was given a sim contract and a 2 year home broadband with WiFi contract. After 12 months I was accepted for a contract phone by o2. I could not even get a sim contract before then. With the great service and understanding by Neatley I have rebuilt my credit score and am still a loyal customer with my home BB and WiFi and will remain so. There were even no problems when I moved property 2 years ago, simple and swift. Great customer service and friendly. I have to say no problems. Thank you.

I have had an issue with broadband and got stressed as the main line doesn't work weekends. But dropped an email and it wasn't 5 minutes when a nice lady rang up and solved my broadband problem. Thank you very much! I'm a happy customer again;-)

rubbish internet provider with rubbish customer service. internet goes off at least 4-5 times a day. sent 3 emails to customer service with no reply yet still happy to take my money. wish I had read reviews before taking it out with them.

Avoid this company, totally incompetent
Avoid this company like the pandemic. Having taken the initial £31.95 we were only provided with a landline and NO internet/broadband. The router arrived a day AFTER switch over, was the wrong one, after three days they finally conceded it was the wrong model and promised to send the correct one next day delivery. It NEVER arrived. We gave up and switched to SKY. So we had no internet for THREE weeks and no apology or partial refund. Not proactive. Not customer focused. Not fit for purpose.

Over 9 weeks of absolutely poor Internet service lost count of phone calls. Final nail in this contract waitined in all day for personal engineering phone call arranged over 2 weeks ago unfortunately I'm only available at weekends due to work. Guess what no phone call nobody answering customer service number. Was promised a better service than sky gave not even close to sky's speed and uploading speed. Very disappointing service please consider this before you switch( S43 4FW) area have told them I want out of this contract even Netflix don't upload have to unplug router couple of times over weekend kicks off my tablet my girlfriends tablet xbox don't even bother 😢😞

Came into contact with Neatley through switch experts, gave me a better deal than my current supplier, only issue I had was the line was suppose to be active on the date they gave me, i contacted Neatley and spoke to one of their customer service, they assured me they would get this resolved, they contacted Openreach and managed to get me up and running by the end of the day, would give 5* just that small issue, resolved promptly

Neatly, a communication company that communicates, really helpful staff, they do what the say they will and keep you informed of what's going on. A lot of issues are out with there control, as they have to deal with Openreach.
Great prices and great customer service, highly recommended, a breath of fresh air in an industry where customer service is generally lacking.
