This is a scam
This company started my contract without letting me know, literally, no email or contract from them and when I wanted to cancel my service they said they will charge me £350 cancelation fee.
You can not complain to anyone as there is only one person working there and he changes his name every day.
if you have any issues with them I recommend you submit a complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme and they will lead you.

This is an awlful service provider. My son is working from home and the WiFi keeps switching off constantly. He is actually now starting to loose money. The same person always answers the phone,James,and is not helpful at all. I seriously would not recommend this company to literally ANYONE. SHOCKING.... TERRIBLE SERVICE
