Part was as described and a fast delivery

Absolutely shocking to deal with. The item was meant to arrive within 5-7 days. It took over 3 weeks. When it did arrive it was broken. I was emailing them and got no response and eventually had to raise a dispute with paypal. They replied then immediately but had ignored all my own correspondance to them. I told them on Paypal resoluition center that the prodiue was faulty and to refund me as I had now already replaced the part given over a month had passed. They ignored that and resent the item. I asked them why did they do that when I said I had already replaced it they ignored that question and said when you get it you can send it back to us bbut at my own cost. NEVER will I purchase from these again and would not recommend them. I am still waiting for my money back haven refused to accept the second delivery when it arrived. So much time wasted on this.

Fast deliver

The charging line I received from you yesterday is totally unsuitable for Remington shaver XR1790. It is too large for the pins. It is of no use to me.
I specifically asked for charger for shaver XR 1790 in my email to info@nettoparts .ie on 31 January 25

Great price on all products (inflatable pool& water slide) arrived in two weeks. It did take 3-4 days to get a generic confirmation email that the goods were dispatched. I did email the company before this to confirm they received/processing my order. I got a reply with 24 hours so I knew all was good. The company does have mixed reviews but from I’ve ordered/received I cannot fault them.

New fridge shelf fits great. Great website. Great delivery service.

Parts arrived after about a week but i had no notification of goods being shipped or tracking so was getting nervous that goods could not arrive, I would advise that they have a little more communication with the customer just to set their mind at rest that the goods were on the way

Ordered a week ago and have received no delivery update or tracking number.

I didn't realise at time of purchase I was buying from outside of Ireland as the website was .ie however, the postage was reasonable and shipping was quick. The item arrived in perfect condition, ready for use. Overall great service and value would consider purchasing again.

Ordered a part on 3rd March. It is now 12th March and have not received the part

Company is take money just is not send product.I with 5 working days and nothing. Tracking number is tell me is arias to me. Delivery never coming to my door.

Well we ordered the part for our washing machine over a week ago, it still hasn't arrived!! Extremely frustrating especially seen as clothes are mounting and cannot use the machine!!:

I ordered the parts on 7th January. Paid for them. I have not received the goods.

Over 6 weeks and still haven't received item.
No response to my emails.
Only responded when I got onto PayPal and said they would send item.
That was over a week ago.
It was a part for a washing machine so I wasn't able to wash my clothes.
Had to instead buy a new washing machine after a month so even if the part I ordered turns up it's no good as faulty machine has gone to recycling.

I ordered a part for my mixer on the 21st January the site said if i order before 4pm i would have the part between 1-3 business days its now the 29th January i havent heard from the company
