Part didn't arrive, company not responding

Ordered 2 parts for my Smeg Fridge Freezer on 3rd January. ONE part arrived on 13th January. Have been trying for nearly 3 days to get a response to both Web chat query and 3 emails. Not even an acknowledgement of correspondences, never mind a solution. Totally unsatisfactory. I reckon it's a scam at this stage. Initiating refund request now. Avoid this company. When something goes wrong, it's a disaster trying to deal with them.
