Story of order placed July 6 … in limbo … action after chargeback initiated … delivered August 1
July 6 - placed order, including my address. My card payment went through.
July 11 - Got mail from them asking me to confirm address. Replied with address. Message delivery failure because "the remote server is misconfigured". Initiated chat during which I was told my address was now recorded with my order. I would get a tracking number once the order was despatched.
July 15 - Initiated chat again as no delivery or tracking information. Was told it would be sent.
July 20 - till waiting ...
July 23 - initiated chargeback via PayPal
July 25 - mail from Nettoparts.ie with Delivery note and a tracking number
July 26 - mail from spare parts.co.uk with an invoice
July 27 - mail from PayPal saying I will get a refund
>>> I waited … used tracking number to monitor progress …
July 29 - PayPal refund appeared in my card account
August 1 - tracking indicated parcel out for delivery, it arrived around noon, contents correct and fitted.
@ 9:54 mail from Nettoparts.ie asking for confirmation of delivery address. @ 15:19 I replied saying I had got the goods … and a minute later … as I expected … mail delivery error “550 relay not permitted”

Shop somewhere else! Avoid Nettoparts!
I searched multiple websites looking for a fridge drawer. I found Nettoparts to have the item I needed. I ordered my fridge drawer based on the Nettoparts Fridge Model calculation tool on their website and placed my order. The information on the unit is very vague, apart from model numbers. Ie: no dimensions on any of their units.
The delivery didn't take long, so that was great. The item arrived in good condition and was packed well.
The drawer was the incorrect size and shape when I received my order. I have made contact multiple times and allowed them sufficient time to resolve the situation. However, it has been 5 days and I still don't have any solid information of a resolution to the incorrectly delivered item.
@Nettoparts, please help me to rectify my purchase.
It is now the 23rd of July, and I am still waiting for a solution to my problem. Nettoparts is in no hurry to resolve the issue. I guess they're hoping I'll give up and move on.
It's now the 12th of August and I still have not got any closer to resolving my problem.
Customer service does not exist with this company!
