I am really enjoying the slow and gentle nature of this course. Usually I try and do do do but this is encouraging me to slow down and lean into the calm feeling that slowness brings. I have integrated humming into my daily routines, such as when I am making my coffee of a morning. It feels achievable and empowering. I have had much more success going back to work since starting these practises - where I previously felt overwhelmed and stressed, my body is slowing beginning to find a new pattern. I also like the email reminders, they are not too frequent but feel like a gentle invitation to move to the next step.

I really like the low demand way that this is presented. I was a bit nervous that it would be a bit “airy-fairy” but it’s not- they give plenty of alternative options if what they are suggesting feels weird for you. I really like that.

the course and content is helpful and simple to follow. i have found the exercises easy to adopt into everyday life, and i appreciate that there is no time pressure to move onto the next step. the gentle nudge emails however are helpful as we all live busy lives, and often forget to prioritise both ourselves, and our recovery.

The first time in years that I felt completely understood and had real confidence that I am not broken and that there’s a way to heal. I personally like the tapping and mirror work best and use them on a daily basis. Even though I haven’t completed the programme yet I feel my body respond with much more confidence. I've bought the "Vagus Nerve Healing Journey" a few weeks ago, since I've tried behavioural therapy for years, it worked only to a certain extent, and was made aware that you also have to heal the body/ "unfreeze" your nervous system which is stuck in alarm mode, not only the mind.
Yelling out to Facebook helped ;-), upon an add from Neurotoned, which addresses this exact problem, I signed up for the above course.
Naturally, I couldn't get myself in gear, and didn't start. A few days after my purchase, I got an email saying "we understand that things can be scary and overwhelming. Here's a super simple step to get started, then, we recommend if you find it in you to start slowly with uncomplicated exercises to calm down your system before going for the 30 day program, here's a link".
And I am so grateful. It's super simple, smaaaall baby steps, I can manage to motivate myself daily even if it's just for a few minutes. I am still at the very beginning, but am so happy to have found Neurotoned where they don't powersell, I feel seen and taken care of and don't feel pressure to rush into things.

Beautiful, real women sharing their knowledge and helpful techniques on regulating the nervous system. I do a session, then I usually take some days to integrate and journal and practice some minutes, and then the next. There is no pressurre. The only form of self- love I am able to maintain ;) Totally recommend 💖

The program is easy to follow, not more overwhelm. The team is great and I'm taking it really slowly because I'm into a little bit of a ton of work to go quicker. BUT it has really, really helped me. Just the basic techniques were relieving. At this point my body needs more, to go further, but I'm focusing more, being at more ease with myself, find comfort in my own company, taste the pleasure of calm, I even uninstalled social media and I'm not craving to go back (not unbearably at least). Old paths like "looking for a substance for quick relief in default" are fading away. I'm really grateful with this. I'm going on and I trust it will get even better.

I bought the 29 dollar course. Then another additional $90 I paid, never recieved anything. Have tried calling no answer, emailed no answer. Looking how to do a refund cant find anything. Its a loop that takes you in circles. Thinking this is a scam. Be careful. I would not recommend this product it's bogus.

I have a very stressful event that comes every 6 weeks. In the past, it would be followed by crippling pain as my auto-immune disease flared up. This last time I tried several of the neurotoned strategies to calm my system, and it helped a lot!
