NewLaw Solicitors helped me produce my will. Rachel Grey was most helpful, answered all my questions and produced the document in a very quick and efficient manner. She was always very kind and courteous, exercising infinite patience with me. I also like the fact that I had only to deal with one person during the process, not a pool of solicitors.

Incredible professional service with a personal touch
The wonderful lady we dealt with at New Law was Anita. She really helped us deal with an international probate issue which was incredibly difficult before she came on board and guided our situation. Really easy process
Really easy process- we were updating our mirror wills- appointment booked quickly and easily, relatively short phone call to establish changes, then drafts received quickly. Easy returns and confirmation of completions received quickly.
Very reasonably priced (RCN discount) which includes storage of the wills.

NewLaw gave great advise and were very professional
NewLaw drew up my Will for me. Mr. Gurjeet Rathore was very professional and gave me great guidance. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and when I noticed that I had provided an incorrect name of one of the beneficiaries my Will was amended and resent to me the next day.
I would definitely recommend NewLaw for any legal requirements that anyone has.

Helpful advice. Highly recommend.

However, the solicitor listened carefully, then gave clear and concise advice- it was so helpful, along with which the cost was far less than we'd assumed it to be-we should have done it long ago! Brilliant advice, helpful emails throughout. Highly recommend.

Please check their other Trustpilot page before signing up and filter your search with keyword Probate to see the other reviews. They direct you only to this page when they email you, but there are lots of probate reviews on their main page and a lot of unhappy people. We have not proceeded with them as a result of this. It is disingenuous to direct people only to this page. Came very close to signing up until my cousin spotted the other page! The 'onboarding' lady I spoke to was very nice, but the reports of service that people get once they've signed up are very concerning. Yes some are good but many are appalling. They need to be transparent and honest, not to be so is not a good sign with a firm of solicitors. My rating is based on my experience on this basis, rather than having gone down the whole path with them.
