I was delighted with the quality of my survey undertook by NHQC and the super fast turnaround on completion of my new build. It made kickstarting the dreaded snagging process a whole lot easier for me, with every feature itemised and photographed in detail. It was definitely worth the money and I’d advise anyone purchasing a new build house to have a survey undertaken. I couldn’t thank you enough!

The snagging report seemed very thorough, was very pleased with it. The builder likely less so.

Fantastic service, great customer service and flexible too. Report was back within 24-48 hours and contained in-depth reports of reported issues.

Really easy booking process, Will was our snagger and was great gave us a message the day before to make sure we had no questions etc. The snagging report was completed the day after and spotted lots of things I would have missed, definitely would recommend to get a snag report done!

Although the HQ never responded to my query about a thermal survey, the engineer who carried out the service was first rate... polite, professional and took time to answer our questions. Received a full report early next morning.

Tony, who did the house inspection for us is excellent. He is precise, punctual, efficient and nice. Patiently answer all my questions and explain things well. The report also clear and delivered very fast. The contact point with email also efficient, responsive. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, phoned up for next day appointment and were more then happy to help, Helen the surveyor got in touch straight away and let us know timings ect with no delay, Helen arrived and was fantastic from start to finish, professional, lovely to talk to, explained everything in detail as she was going through the house, Helen made the moving in experience so much more calm and relaxed and eased our minds with the house, Would highly recommend the company and if your lucky enough to have Helen you will be in great hands! My dealing with New Home Quality Control was amazing. After initial contact they gave excellent advice about when to book in the visit. When it came to the visit Tony who came on the day was amazing. He had no issues explaining certain things to me on the day and gave a thorough explanation of what he was going to do and updated while he was carrying out the different checks.

The report we have received is very detailed and very useful.

Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a snagging visit.

Excellent service all round. Communication was fast when requesting an appointment, kept updated on the scheduled arrival time and also the receipt of the report after the inspection had been conducted. The report is well compiled and professional. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the end result that was provided, snags listed clearly and in detail giving a reason behind it to back it up.

Joe came out to perform an inspection on a new build flat. He communicated his arrival time with enough warning and arrived when expected.

The inspection was done quickly and to a high standard. It's very obvious both from the on-the-day engagements as well as the report post-inspection that he knew what to look for. He was friendly throughout and answered any questions I had proficiently. He explained the post-inspection process and gave me a solid expectation for what would come in the report and how to approach it with the developer.

The admin staff have been superb as well, responding quickly and professionally, and accommodating an unfortunate shift in the timeline too.

If you're thinking of having a home inspection done, I can not recommend NHQC highly enough. From start to finish they have been fantastic.

I had my new build inspected by New Home Quality Control and Troy came out to do the survey. He was brilliant from start to finish. I’m not a builder and I wouldn’t know what is or isn’t up to standard, so having someone go through the house properly was a huge weight off my mind.

Troy picked up so many things I would never have spotted, and the report he put together was really detailed. It came with photos, videos, and references to NHBC standards, which makes it clear to the developer what needs putting right. That gave me real peace of mind.

On top of that, Troy was just a lovely person to deal with – friendly, reassuring, and explained everything in a way I could understand. I’d been thinking about getting the cavity check done too, but he explained it’s best to do that in winter when they can use the heat-sensing camera properly, so I’ll be booking that later in the year.

What I also liked was knowing that if the developer tries to argue back on anything, NHQC will help me follow up and support the case. That kind of backup makes such a difference.

All in all, I’m really glad I booked this inspection and I’d recommend Troy and NHQC to anyone buying a new build. It’s money very well spent.
