Never Ever use them to handle your immigration matters for any country specifically UK.

Their services cost me 1 month of hastle, sleepless nights, and a job loss in the end.

So unprofessional behavior, they act like you are their servent when you call them to ask questions.

I was lucky enough to find an alternate opportunity otherwise this company had costed me my immigration status in the UK.

Excellent service that takes the stress out of getting a VISA. Easy to use questionnaire and a response within 24 hour if anything is incorrect. Regular update of your status once the application is accepted. This will be my choice of VISA application going forward

Excellent service as always - quick and efficient

Great communication, difficult process made easy.
This is my manyth time using CIBT, and as usual the service is immaculate.
You pay for it, but the value is good. I will always make my first choice.

CIBT got my VISA on time, but the initial administration steps involved was fair from easy (which was largely responsible to putting me time-wise on the back foot). I was then strongly encouraged to use the 3-day express service (which ended up costing me £349 more than expected) - despite an estimate of £288 - and it turned out actually not being need it in the end. I'm very happy to be going on my trip (thanks for that), but I'm not sure I'll be using CIBT again (if I find an alternative company/method), as I think the delays caused by the admin resulted in the time problem, and the information and advice given was not ideal.

Excellent service from Aida Cisse & colleagues. I found the application process complicated and it would have been easy to make mistakes and cause delays if it wasn't for their help and suggestions. Highly recommended to use CIBT rather than do-it-yourself.
