I found the experience of applying for a Visa on behalf of my manager extremely easy; the personal consultant, Iain Habes, was super helpful and his timely updates and communication were much appreciated. A very efficient service, I would highly recommend this, it really takes the stress out of the application process.

I was working within very tight timelines due to lots of international travel and needing my passport so I need to use the express premium service. My advisor, Laura, was very helpful explaining everything clearly and was very responsive. I really wasn't sure if I would have my passport and visa in time without it impacting one of my trips but Laura and the team came through! It is an expensive service but was necessary for my travel schedule. If travel schedules are not complicated and you are able to plan ahead, the extra cost won't be necessary. Communication throughout was excellent and I would recommend CBIT.

CIBT Visas:
Efficient service. Did what they said they were going to do and communicated clearly throughout both email and phone. Visa delivered on time. Quite expensive I would say, but removed the hassle.

My personal visa consultant Laura was excellent. From the time I put the order in she called me the same day to introduce herself and just talk me through the process as well as questions on my trip and time lines. Her email instructions were clear and concise also chasing me to ensure I provided the her the correct document after she notices an error on my part. My appointment I was met with CiBT getting my application form together and checking my passport then directed to a booth which was seamless and less than 5 mins to get a decision on my China visa there and then.
I even changed my lead time to less than 3 weeks and Laura managed to get my visa overnight couriered the day before my flight.

Used the UK CIBT premium service to arrange for a Chinese visa. The service provided was amazingly professional, I was assigned a dedicated and highly professional visa specialist who completely took care of everything. Step by step instructions were given in order for a smooth process and daily updates were given to keep me updated of the visa process from start all the way to delivery. Would highly recommend using CIBT especially if time is the essence and you require the visa in short time.

First of all I got my China Visa and Laura my case manager couldn't of been more pleasant and kepted me informed every step of the way. Also she responded to all my communications very promptly.
I do think the business model is designed to draw you in, and that the end price for the service is not very transparent until you have started.
My final bill of £ 1,200+ was a long way from the blue button, get my visa £64:00. Also you should remember that 20% VAT is added. So it all adds up.
Also there was a bit of timeline pressure applied which made it a bit stressful, but in the end I got my visa with a mouth to spare.
All that said being in my seventies it did save me having to go up to the Embassy, and my paperwork was checked before it was presented by professional people used to this type of business.

The overall process was simple to get a Chinese 5 year visa after supplying the information required and Aida was excellent

I'm always dubious about filling in forms online, I went to CIBT offices in London and they assisted me with the forms. I needed USA, NZ and Aust. Just over a week later I had all three. Would have no trouble recommending CIBT to anyone else.

CIBT helped with the process of getting a Visa for Saudi Arabia. Their service we great (just like before when I used them for a China visa). They took all the hassle out of me trying to find what I needed and make sure it was correct - all the checking was handled by them prior to the embassy visit. The whole process was managed efficiently and, although it does cost a bit for Premium Service, it was well worth it.

Ken Biggs, Processing Supervisor, helped me with a Brazil visa for a work colleague. I went for the pre check service as it was my first Brazil visa, and timelines were tight as the traveller had his passport at another embassy awaiting a work permit. We had to wait for the Brazil Immigration to confirm the docs we sent were ok in order for CIBTvisas to book an appointment. It was helpful to have CIBTvisas attend the appointment on the traveller's behalf. I was asked to chase CIBTvisas almost daily for an update. We received the visa within 5 business days of the appointment. It took half the standard processing time. It was a relief to the traveller to say the least, as he was due to travel 3 days later!

Ken was very calm and patient with me in his email replies. He was honest and managed my expectations. I'm not sure we would have had the same outcome if it wasn't him supporting our request. Having said that, I've never had any issues in obtaining visas through CIBTvisas. I would definitely recommend using them.

I was very impressed by every aspect of the service from Visa Central at CIBT - I used them recently to obtain visas to China for my son and I. It was easy to complete forms and upload documents and the team came back very promptly with review comments or where I needed to upload more information. The visit to the visa centre could have not been easier - all the paperwork had been prepared by Visa Central - we were first in the line and out of the centre within 10 minutes - passports returned on time 3 days later. I will definitely use this service again.
