Sarada Veluthenveedu at CIBT visas was utterly helpful and calm. It was our organisations first time in using the service and I was pressed for time. However, Sarada was very responsive, reassuring and a really helpful guide in the processing cycle.

Despite our last minute submission, my colleagues received their visas ahead of their trip, and our contingency plan was not actioned.

The process was incredibly user friendly. Form on-line application completion through submission, review, acceptance, submission to the embassy, making the reservation for the in-person visit to the VISA centre, I was out within 7 minutes of arrival! Received the confirmation that my passport was dispatched for return yesterday, tracking details provided, and already this morning I can see the passport is at my local Royal Mail depot, with delivery confirmed for this morning in line with the expected return date.

A particularly useful feature was the photograph upload to the CBIT portal where immediate feedback on photo acceptability was received, avoiding any delays as experienced with the older traditional process!!

There is prompt feedback at all points of the process in getting a visa. I have done it independently in the past and has been onerous. With CIBT the process was straightforward and whatever CIBT said they would do is exactly what they did in the timeframe they said it would be done. This was the case even if my assigned agent was off sick.

I found the experience of applying for a Visa on behalf of my manager extremely easy; the personal consultant, Iain Habes, was super helpful and his timely updates and communication were much appreciated. A very efficient service, I would highly recommend this, it really takes the stress out of the application process.

I was working within very tight timelines due to lots of international travel and needing my passport so I need to use the express premium service. My advisor, Laura, was very helpful explaining everything clearly and was very responsive. I really wasn't sure if I would have my passport and visa in time without it impacting one of my trips but Laura and the team came through! It is an expensive service but was necessary for my travel schedule. If travel schedules are not complicated and you are able to plan ahead, the extra cost won't be necessary. Communication throughout was excellent and I would recommend CBIT.

Efficient service. Did what they said they were going to do and communicated clearly throughout both email and phone. Visa delivered on time. Quite expensive I would say, but removed the hassle.

My personal visa consultant Laura was excellent. From the time I put the order in she called me the same day to introduce herself and just talk me through the process as well as questions on my trip and time lines. Her email instructions were clear and concise also chasing me to ensure I provided the her the correct document after she notices an error on my part. My appointment I was met with CiBT getting my application form together and checking my passport then directed to a booth which was seamless and less than 5 mins to get a decision on my China visa there and then.
I even changed my lead time to less than 3 weeks and Laura managed to get my visa overnight couriered the day before my flight.

Used the UK CIBT premium service to arrange for a Chinese visa. The service provided was amazingly professional, I was assigned a dedicated and highly professional visa specialist who completely took care of everything. Step by step instructions were given in order for a smooth process and daily updates were given to keep me updated of the visa process from start all the way to delivery. Would highly recommend using CIBT especially if time is the essence and you require the visa in short time.
