Chris Parker, Head of Marketing has been a longtime supporter of Winchcombe Rotary Club through advertising in our 'Classics at Prescott' programme - so, as Speaker Secretary I invited him along to as our guest last week and we were not disappointed. Newland Homes are clearly an upmarket house-builder who provide that little extra finesse when it comes to facilities and keeping their customers happy.
Chris gave Rotarians a professional insight into a recent case study from the time Newland Homes make the initial purchase of land through to the eventual sale of one of their houses.
He has now been with Newland Homes since 2013 and undoubtedly enjoys working with a supportive and caring employer in a competitive world.

We recently purchased a home at Kempsters Reach and I can honestly say, out of all the new homes I’ve ever purchased, the standard of customer care and diligence has been outstanding! Cas and Evelyn are a credit to Newlands Homes and as we’ve discovered since we moved into our beautiful new home, so too are all the staff and team at Newlands!

The house itself is of an exceptional build quality with minimal snags. The buying process was also first class with no pressure whatsoever. In fact, quite the opposite, plenty of support throughout the lengthy five months it took for our chain of 6 to finally complete.

Newlands definitely seem to have prioritised customer care and satisfaction from start and this is reflected through their exceptional team.

I am so grateful that we purchased through Newlands who helped us achieve our dream home in a beautiful location.

We are currently in the process of purchasing a property at St George's Mead Semington. Throughout, Caz & Evelyn have been outstanding, providing clear and concise information and advice, whilst considering our needs. They have been available (and continue to be) to answer any queries and help us through the minefield associated with house purchase! Their friendly and relaxed manner has made the experience less daunting! All in all they have been exceptional ambassadors for Newland Homes.

Holly one of the sales team, was brilliant, we explained what we wanted, and she said she knew exactly what she had for us!
I did think 'oh I bet they say that to all the customers' but actually she showed us 3 houses which were all a good match, andv1 in particular. We were going ahead with the buy, but at last minute we found another home which suited us a bit better. We were rather sad to let them down after all the effort Holly and the team put into helping us, but even then she was very gracious about it. Excellent service overall for everything! A special well done to Holly a credit to your company.

We are in the process of buying a Newlands home. The staff have been extremely helpful, honest and supportive during this time. The house designs are well thought out and very practical, and bang up to date with the latest technology.

We were a small group of people interested in planning issues and representing the Cheltenham Civic Society. We asked for a guided tour of the new Pear Tree estate on the edge of Cheltenham because we were interested in their claim to be building carbon neutral homes . We were received by two members of the Newland's team, who spent the best part of a hour with us, guiding us around and answering our many questions (although we were unable to enter any homes). Chris and Craig were courteous and well informed, especially about the measures adopted to build carbon neutral homes. We were impressed by what we saw, and wished more developers would commit to building to the same high energy standards.

They were always attentive, no question ignored or problem too much trouble to investigate and resolve.
Cheerful, helpful and encouraging at all times - despite the stress we were placed in by the inevitable hang-ups of our own property sale, legal challenges and conveyancing & removals events!

Bev & Jayne have been exceptionally professional throughout. Their attention to detail has been amazing. They have always answered all our questions and got back to us with anything they couldn't answer straight away.

I met with Charlotte to discuss a potential purchase of a plot in their new development The Limes. In the end this plot was not for me however I will be waiting for a different one to be available later in the year. Charlotte was really lovely and extremely helpful in understanding my needs and certainly made me feel comfortable in wanting to purchase from Newland Homes. Also, thank you to Alison the sales manager who I spoke with a few times and was also extremely helpful.

A great company to deal with, super helpful people, and extremely solid houses with top quality fixtures and fittings. Also really environmentally friendly and sustainable. A hugely positive experience so far!!!

Asked a question that required an answer on kitchen furniture issued over five years ago. Answer returned within five minutes. Very pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful.

Newland Homes have just completed a new development (White Poplars) behind our small estate in Storey Mews Malmesbury. The access to the development was through our road. From the start the Site Manager Simon Cooper engaged with residents and throughout the 2 year development period a relationship was developed that was very much appreciated. Activities likely to affect residents was always notified in advance and it was a pleasure to work with Simon and his team.

Caz (Carole) was extremely pleasant and welcoming and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the standard of finish on the show house and all of the zero carbon features. We have Newland Homes at top of our builder list currently and appreciate the time that Caz took with us and her relaxed manner - positive but not hard sell! Thank you Caz!!

Friendly and helpful sales consultants initially and continuing were guiding the purchase of our house. This has many great features including solar panels, heat pump and high insulating properties. The house is very well appointed and most requirements are catered for. Finish is generally good but any outstanding issues and dealt with promptly. Unfortunately the completion timing(just before Christmas) and very wet weather made things a little awkward, but weather now is improving.

Moving into the new build home was made simple with Newland. Everything from choices of flooring/cabinets/tiles, to arranging days to have a viewing of the building in progress, up to the moving in day itself. Especially moving in just before Christmas!
