I bought a Samsung fridge which I was assured on the phone has no dents- it arrived with 3 dents with the rudest delivery drivers. It was then returned 2 days ago and I have had no response from emails and it has been very difficult to get through on the phone- I spoke to someone 3 weeks ago who assured me that I would be refunded a few days later- I am still waiting for a refund over 3 weeks later! Very very poor service!

Thank you for your review. You sent us an email yesterday at 9:28am asking us about the refund and we replied to your email at 9;32am apologising you and asking you to wait for us to investigate this order and get back to you in the afternoon. So why do you say that no one responded to your email?
We only issue a full refund once the product is back in our warehouse which you have just stated that the fridge freezer was collected only two days ago. So the refund will be processed this Friday.
We do apologise for the 3 dents you found but this was not evident to us as the fridge freezer was well wrapped and we checked the front and all was pristine.

I purchased an AEG cocker from Newlife and im very happy!. I was aware that this was a graded product so I asked them to email me with the defects prior to purchase which they did..and they were accurate pictures. My advice to anyone buying graded goods is to ask for detailed information on the product prior to purchase and read the terms and conditions before you commit to buy. I have saved over £400 using this company and I highly recommend using them as I certainly will be again.

We are not trying to "fob" anyone, our products are all Graded and have some kind of imperfections hence the huge savings, Kindly read some reviews left by our customers and you will understand that our core of business is to be Environmental friendly and we prevent to fill the landfills with unwanted appliances. You clearly did not read the listing and see the photos on our website.

Thank you for writing this review, however the CDA oven you bought was clearly marked as "Broken Handle with Scratch on Top Left, Grade B". There were also two pictures on the website showing these imperfections.
We also emailed you about these imperfections after you sent an email complaining about the broken handle, but did not hear from you but have written this review which is not fair.
We too have logged a case on Paypal showing them the photos and the email sent to you.

I was really impressed by the service
I was really impressed by the service, emails, text messages and a phone call to let me know they were half an hour away just wish they had rung the right doorbell and not left it with my 80 year old MIL at the top of a flight of stairs for me to drag it down :-(
The machine itself is great I'm really impressed and will use again in the future.
