Our ‘new & unused’ appliances are uniquely graded. As such, they are listed individually with a unique condition description and include photos specific to that particular item. In our listings, we indicate general cosmetic damages across these units because they come into us without packaging, transit through the workshop, valet, photography and the sales bay all without packaging. Therefore, although new and unused, they won’t look fresh off the manufacturers’ production line and may have minor marks that don’t show up in the photographs. Any specific dents, marks or scuffs will be described in the listing conditions and visible in the photographs. Excellent value and trustworthy
We were looking at a Bosch dishwasher but couldn't get the one we wanted for love nor money. New Life had our model as 'nearly new' for best part of £100 less than new so decided to take a punt and I'm glad we did.
Apart from no box and tons of polystyrene, the washer arrived in mint condition still with the plastic film on the front. Couldn't be happier, and with great communication to boot.

Dirty Inside
Whilst, of course, I was aware this was a refurbished washing machine I did expect it to have been thoroughly cleaned. The arms inside the drum were covered in old soap scum.

After days of looking online for a 55cm freestanding cooker, very few available, I spotted the Newlifeappliances advert for just what I was looking for. right size, right colour and best of all a super price. Bit dubious but went for it. So glad I did it is great and looks nice in my spruced up kitchen. Well done Newlifeappliances.

We bought a Bosch Serie 6_GUD15AFF0G under counter freezer that is a customer return. Brand new. Very happy with product and very happy with customer service who called after we placed the order online to give us detailed information about delivery. The delivery was done by Furdeco and their communication and updates were excellent.

Items with lots of damages, contacted seller, been advised to email, however I received no response. Very poor service. Items are listed as nearly new with few scratches, but those I bought are smashed, scratched with dents and dirt all over. Integrated fridge frizer missing the sliding door kit, the rubber seal around the door damaged which most probably will affect the its function. Washing machine missing a leg with smelly water inside and greasy drain pipe! Do not waste your money buying from this seller, you will feel sorry.

We advertised the Beko fridge freezer as "REFURBISHED", used before and not new with 4 photos showing the imperfections including the ones you have stated in your review. Our customer services also sent you the photos to show these imperfections.
As for the Samsung washing machine, we listed as: "GRADED" (nearly new) Nearly new items are deemed as 28 day returns. May be missing feet - replacements are inexpensive. Sides are sometimes scratched / dinted. We try to take photos of any key imperfections if there are any. All our graded appliances are uniquely assessed and as such, they are listed individually with a unique condition description and include photos specific to that particular item. Any specific dents, marks or scuffs will be described in the listing conditions and visible in the photographs.
All appliances are tested so washing machines and dishwashers may contain residual water within the pipes from the wet test phase.
We have actually offered and ordered the sliding kit for you and these should be with you within 5 working days.

I bought an intergrated fridge freezer that i was unable to find anywhere else due to covid stock being so low. I found it here and did not know what to ecpect not having bought from here before. But communication and customer service was great. Item delivered within days and on time and delivery men put the item indoors. Item in perfect condition and well packed. I would buy from here again.
