Our ‘new & unused’ appliances are uniquely graded. As such, they are listed individually with a unique condition description and include photos specific to that particular item. In our listings, we indicate general cosmetic damages across these units because they come into us without packaging, transit through the workshop, valet, photography and the sales bay all without packaging. Therefore, although new and unused, they won’t look fresh off the manufacturers’ production line and may have minor marks that don’t show up in the photographs. Any specific dents, marks or scuffs will be described in the listing conditions and visible in the photographs. It’s because of these general non-specific and/or specific marks, dents or scuffs that NewLife Appliances is able to offer such great prices on such a range of great products. All appliances are tested so washing machines and dishwashers may contain residual water within the pipes from the wet test phase. Original instruction manuals aren’t something that travel with graded products, so your new appliance may not have one. Delivery was a disgrace
Delivery was a disgrace. They dropped it twice and forced it through the door, using the excuse that it was already damaged so its ok. They caused more damage, but we were desperate for the washer so we kept it. Not happy.

Purchase of integrated Neff Fridge
The integrated Neff fridge arrived within the the advised timeline. Contact was received by phone the day before delivery & then the day before delivery.. The fridge was well protected in bubble wrap with all manuals & enclosed. I would purchase again from this company.

An excellent company which lived up to its TV image. I rang to check the item I was buying. Spoke to Mayur who was most helpful, both friendly and professional. When I placed the order I didn't receive an acknowledgment email. I completed the form to question this. Mayur rang me back within a very short time very concerned. I would recommend this company, small issue with description on website.
The experience of shopping with New Life appliances was generally good, the star rating given reflects a small issue. I ordered a silver fridge freezer but it was actually white. When I mentioned this to the delivery driver, I was told that the model we had bought doesn't come in silver so this was obviously an error on the website. So a relatively small issue really and otherwise things were fine and our fridge freezer works well and is otherwise as described!

I bought a hob and oven from newlife…
I bought a hob and oven from newlife back in December. I finally got my kitchen started in September the electrician fitted the hob and oven,hob worked fine but the oven kept tripping the fuse box.I contacted a representative of the company at newlife,he sorted out an engineer. The engineer could not come for another 8days that's right 8days,I asked him how I was going to feed the kids and the two of us,he said that's the best zanussi could do!!!! I never bought the oven off zanussi did i!!!!!so no duty of care from newlife appliances then!!!!.Anyway the guy comes out to fix it and a nice guy he was,he found 2 faults but you have guessed it he had no parts with him!!!!you heard right there was two faults on the oven which had never ever been used.Now I have to wait another week before the the guy can get the parts and come back to fix it and another day off work!!!!!.I immediately emailed the representative of the company at newlife appliances to tell him I had no faith in the oven and it was ridiculous I had to wait this long, i am still waiting for a reply!!!!!!!but he replied really quickly to trust pilot for this review!!!!.think twice before you buy.You have been warned!!!!

Thank you for your review. However, I would like to point a couple of things in your review. You bought the appliances in December 2019, we do have a 30 day warranty where we can either exchange the product or refund the product if it deems to be faulty from day one. However after 30 days the manufacturers warranty comes in and we are obliged to send the manufacturers appointed engineer to rectify the fault otherwise the warranty is void. Hence we had to send an engineer from Zanussi although you bought the oven from us.
I am sorry you had to wait 8 days before an engineer could attend but as mentioned by our customer services that due to current COVID-19 pandemic there are only few engineers available. Again we are sorry that the engineer did not have the correct parts but surely this does not affect our service from NewLife Appliances, should it?
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

The Neff fridge/freezer arrived as…
The Neff fridge/freezer arrived as described and within the specified time scale. Arrived in layers of bubble wrap and in perfect condition. The only missing items were the user instruction book and the fitting instructions for this integrated unit. Each are printable online and Newlifeappliances offered to obtain each if appropriate. Overall, very happy with the purchase and delivery.
