My partner and I went on the Elvis…
My partner and I went on the Elvis experience New Orleans we're we should have had a tour of The French sector instead we spent nearly an hour in a Graveyard telling us why they are buried standing up.On or Way to Memphis we went to seethe school of Tina Turner took a short drive to a cotton field .The whole tour cost over £5,000 a waste of time.I advice anyone be careful booking the Elvis Presley experience if it starts in Montgomery and finish back in Atlanta.

I spoke to two staff members when I was planning (Kate) and preparing and booking (Emillia) our Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay November 2027 holiday. Each one was extremely helpful. Both were also very knowledgeable about all aspects of the holiday I was looking at, and both were very happy to provide guidance, observations and assistance in all areas.
Whilst in today's world online bookings, purchases etc are thought to be very positive and helpful I personally prefer to connect direct with staff members and these two ladies were outstanding in all aspects as mentioned above.

Our tour manager , Ellie Cipollina, was the best tour guide we have ever had. She worked so hard all week. Her organisation skills were brilliant. Her attention to detail ensured that everything ran smoothly and that meant we had a very enjoyable holiday. Her knowledge of the areas we visited was outstanding. Ellie has such a positive personality and she was always smiling.

Yesterday we booked a tour to see Andre Rieu in Maastricht. The member of staff, Lucy, was so pleasant and made the booking process straightforward and stress free. Mony our tour guide
I'd like to say that our tour guide Mony, was exceptional. Her knowledge of all the places we visited during our trips was very helpful and made our time in Lake Como, Italy & trips into Switzerland worth it as we hadn't visited before and we wanted to get the most out of each place. The highlight of this trip was definitely going on the Bernina Express, very impressive & stunning views. I'd highly recommend having Mony as our guide again and would book again with Newmarket holidays.

Booked a holiday to Portofino and Florence. The lady was very helpful and answered any queries. She was very clear and read everything back to me. Nothing was too much trouble. I have booked with Newmarket Holiday before, to Vancouver and Canadian Rockies, a few years ago. After spending a considerable amount of time researching for a tour to my chosen destination, I decided to book with them again. They are very organised and efficient. They excel at the whole customer experience and are trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend.
