Been using my Niche Zero for 6 months and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. I wanted a single dose workflow compared to my previous grinder which used a hopper. I'd say my coffee tastes better too. I boug... See more

I'm so happy with this purchase!
☕✨ I ordered the Niche Zero coffee grinder and
it just arrived, and honesty... it's AMAZING. You can
feel the quality as soon as you take it out of the box,
and the coffee comes out so good--- smooth, flavorful,
and super consistent. 😍 My husband is so happy because
it is for him, and now he's acting like a Barista at home 😂🙌
100% recommended if you're a coffee lover
Great grinder, very impressive after-sales support
The grinder is superb - you don't need me to tell you that, there are flowing in-depth reviews all over the internet.
What has really impressed me is the after-sales support. My grinder recently failed. Not ideal, but it'd been in daily use as my main grinder for over 5 years.
As it was so far out of warranty, I was initially thinking I'd just need to buy a new grinder, but I reached out to see if they could offer advice on repairing it. The initial response understood my problem, shared some detailed step by step instructions to troubleshoot, and was sent through in about 10 minutes. It didn't resolve the problem, so they suggested which replacement part to buy, which was the motor for about 30 quid.
Within 48 hours of contacting them, I'd had 2 responses and the part had arrived at my home, fitted into my grinder, and solved my problem. How many companies even bother responding to emails within 48 hours these days?
Hopefully I have many years left with this thing, but when I next need a grinder, it'll be from Niche.
Had this grinder for two years now and…
Had this grinder for two years now and still love it. The team is great too, quick to lend support for any questions that I had.
Still an exceptionally good buy!
I’ve had my Niche Zero since July 2019 and still absolutely love it. I mainly make espresso-based milk drinks and it delivers consistently: easy to dial in, the grind is repeatable, and produces a steady espresso that holds up well once milk is added.
After-sales customer care is stellar too (even after almost 6 years since my purchase!). I damaged the lid during a move (my fault) and within hours of reaching out, James responded and made sure a replacement was sent straight away, The replacement lid was also very reasonably priced, which I appreciated.
All in all, that’s what I call an exceptionally good buy.
Above and beyond
To start with, The Niche Zero is an absolute gem: I bought it in COVID times, and was very surprised that everyone tells about dialling in, all that: I put 18.1g of beans in, get 18.1g of ground coffee out, brew it, job done. If the pressure is on the low side, make it finer, if on higher — coarser, no need to think, a single adjustment is usually enough for a good coffee.
Unfortunately, everything comes to an end one day, and recently the bolts in the motor undid themselves and the motor wriggled itself out of the socket. I checked prices for a new one, and they didn't go down at all, so I tried to fix it. Opened it, plugged the motor back in, got a melted fuse and a dead condenser. Sad. Checked price again. Even more sad.
Checked the Niche site, found an email for spare parts request, and without hoping for much, fired them an email. Next morning, James wrote to me asking for the purchase date and a photo of a damaged part; as soon as I answered, he suggested replacing the motor/gear assembly and the control board. Control board since it was obviously dead, and motor assembly just in case: it was 5.5 years, new motor wouldn't hurt. It was less that 10% of the grinder price, a few bags of coffee!
Naturally, they shipped everything the next day, in a couple days DHL delivered everything, and it... just worked! Nice and quiet and as happy as it was those 5 years.
On top of that, as soon as you have watched a single disassembly video, the whole procedure is nice and simple, it's very easy to make any repair, you only need 2 Allen keys. I hope for 5 more years of work, and very, very happy that back in the day I went for a grinder I really liked rather than a cheaper option: it turned out to be cheaper overall in the end!
Game changer of home-made coffee
I purchased a Niche Zero last year. The shipping speed is fast and the product works great. Once I placed my order, they sent me two emails to give me a proper heads up of the expected imported duties to US and ask for confirmation. That communication was really helpful so I understood how much I need to pay for the duty and how the process looks like. The Niche Zero is really a game changer to my coffee routine. Now I can choose a different type of beans every time when I make my coffee. I also invited friends and we try and compare several coffee beans at a time. Home-made coffee is never such as fun!
Still a beast in 2026
The Niche Zero is the grinder that I truly enjoy using since Day 1. While many may think that it is no longer applicable in today’s coffee context, I truly beg to differ.
The workflow with this machine is simple and it’s conical burr suits the kind of profile I enjoy in my espressos.
I also like the zero retention concept. Without a bellow, I still get the desired dosage output. I also like the simplicity of the machine along with it’s elegant design!
Reliable, user-oriented, consistent
I have been satisfied with my Niche since day one. What impresses me even more is that, due to my own mistake, I needed replacement parts. After contacting customer service, clarifying the parts I needed, and clearing customs, I had the replacement parts in my hands in Germany within 4-5 business days. I have already recommended Niche to many friends, and my experience has only reinforced my enthusiasm.
Nice grinder and service!
The Niche Zero is a really solid…
The Niche Zero is a really solid grinder . Easy to use, super quiet, and grinds very evenly with almost no coffee left inside(zero). It’s perfect for home coffee nerds yeah, it’s pricey but worth any penny

I did have some problems with my Niche Zero and it's grinding grades. The extraction of my espresso machine was to fast for the fine grades I had grinded the beans.
Got a fast answer for my mail, good questions and very usefull help amd advice how to possible fix it. Definitley one of my best experiences I have made with customer service.
Can definitley recommend Niche not only for the quality of their coffee grinders but also for their customer service.
The Niche Zero - the ultimate all-purpose-grinder
The Niche Zero is the ultimate all-purpose grinder — or, as the Germans so perfectly put it, die eierlegende Wollmilchsau (the mythical egg-laying, wool-producing, milk-giving goat). From delicate filter brews to perfectly dialed-in espresso shots, the Niche Zero handles it all with ease. There’s virtually nothing this grinder can’t do.
I highly recommend Niche coffee grinders!
Nice Coffee produces great coffee bean grinders which really helps me get more out of my coffee. Very easy to use, easy to clean and they have a great customer service if you're in need of help. I would highly recommend their products so no need to think about it if you're still in doubt!
Breakup Grindr
After losing my original Niche Zero in a breakup, I had to get another I love it so much!
Takes your morning brew up a notch
People spend a lot of money on their coffee machines, but I've found the grinder is more important to the flavour. I have a 25 year old Isomac, a Crem One and a Rocket. The isomac is tempestuous, the others are easier to work with but they all make great coffee IF the grind is right. When I purchased the Duo the flavour went up a notch across all machines. Richer, more interesting. I'll be very happy with the Duo for many years to come.

High quality & versatile coffee grinder
Approaching 1 year with my Niche Zero and I am really happy with it. Biggest stand-out for me has been the eceptional build quality which I am reminded of every time I use the grinder.
It also delivers from a versatility perspective, I use this grinder to brew espresso and filter coffee (drip and full immersion methods) without issue.
