Having owned a Niche Zero for several years of faultless operation, when the grinder started to operate inconsistently a few days before Christmas, I didn't expect to get it sorted before the New Year. I actually got an immediate response, help with troubleshooting and a new part shipped to arrive on Christmas Eve. Would recommend the grinder and the company, for their post-sales service.

Not only is the Niche Duo a brilliant grinder which is easy to use and delivers consistently good coffee, when I had a problem with very fine grinding James was extremely helpful, getting the grinder back in for testing and cleaning which quickly resolved the issue. He did all this free of charge, despite it being down to user error on my part. Great service.

I have loved my Niche since the moment I received it. However it was in this last month that their amazing ethics stood out to me. My husband somehow managed to knock my niche off the counter and luckily there was no external damage, however the motor no longer worked. I contacted Niche to see if I could send it for repairs. I had an amazing chat with James who helped me the whole way through. It turns out the motor was busted and James sent me a link to purchase a replacement motor, and a document to fully explain how to do the installation. It is finally all back together and it works just as smoothly as it did day 1.
I am back to getting to enjoy my fresh cappuccino's in the morning and am just so grateful for all the help that James gave me. Niche's customer service is top notch!

Niche Zero repair. Zero gave up Sunday - emailed for advice and response am Monday. Confirmed new motor required which was dispatched Monday and received Wednesday. Coffee production resumed pm Wednesday. Service, support and good communication amazing - thank you

I bought Niche Zero as a gift for my wife. She loves it and it really escalates the flavor of coffee to the other level. It is quite obvious taste different with same coffee beans and milk to compare with the manual coffee grinder. With beautiful design, I absolutely recommend it to the coffee lovers!

My wife and I have had our Niche Zero for almost 4 years and use it everyday. We've had no issues with our grinder and clean it regularly. It is a machine that keeps our coffee consistent and tasting great. We also do not lose any weight of the beans from adding the whole beans through the grinding process.

I've have my Niche for over 2 years and it is very precise. I spend a lot of money for my beans, so having a grinder that doesn't ruin the bean and delivers a quality grind is important to me. I measure my beans at 20.8 grams and have my Niche dialed in to perfection. If I change my bean type, it is easy for me to change the dial to get the perfect grind. This leads the way to the perfect pull with my Flair.

The niche zero coffee grinder still holds up and is just a wonderfully engineered product for its usecase: to grind coffee into a perfect cup consistently. I finally ordered one this year after owning an over-expensive competitor product that never delivered on the promise of consistency and drove me mad. I'm very glad I did, as this grinder delivers its promise. Thank you, Niche team, you restored my barista sanity ;)

Lovely to look at, simple to operate, 20g beans in, 20g of perfectly ground coffee out every time and quiet enough that you can still hear your radio.

Ordered from EU, everything went smoothly with the delivery and support. The Niche Zero grinder is super intuitive to use, strong build, not noisy, looks great too and the whole experience is a pleasure. Cleaning process is also easy and all you need is provided in the package. It is my first grinder and I am very happy with the choice!

Love this machine. I upgraded from an Encore ESP and the difference is night and day.
Super easy to dial in with its stepless dial and the espresso is great.
Also much quieter and much more satisfying sound than the Encore.

It‘s been a couple months that I had that great customer experience with niche - since then I wanted to share it - better late than never.
I love my niche - it’s a great grinder at a fair price. After heavy use for quite a few years the motor gear box broke - might have been my fault not sure.
James from customer support was a great help. He replied fast and quickly found out what the problem was. The spare part was really fair priced for being such an essential part - and it was shipped very fast to germany.
These guys really care - great product/people/support/company.

A very capable grinder. There are many out there but few that are easily available in the uk. This one does the job absolutely perfectly. I’m left wondering what it is the other grinders do that make them so much more expensive. I’d say the only small thing is a small amount of retention but less than 0.1g generally. If you tap it will release but Noche could do with a small clicker to tap it free.

The white Niche Zero has been a joy to live with. It’s wonderfully straightforward, pleasantly quiet, and hopping between grind sizes takes no real effort at all. Retention has been tiny — I’ve never seen more than 0.1g left behind — and giving it a clean isn’t a big job either. All in all, it feels like a well-made, no-nonsense grinder that just gets on with the job.

Been using my Niche Zero for 6 months and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. I wanted a single dose workflow compared to my previous grinder which used a hopper. I'd say my coffee tastes better too.
I bought the grinder originally for aeropress and stove top espresso, knowing that I'd be buying an espresso machine eventually.
I like how the power lead is retractable too. Everyone's kitchen is different, and it helps keep things tidy. If you enjoy your coffee routine, this is well worth the price I think!

Received this the other day and its so easy to dial in my second espresso was almost perfect! The move from my previous grinder (macap mc4) is night and day. The workflow is so simple and the retention Im getting is 0.1g at most.
Flavour and depth has increased, and the grind is predictable. Im using mixed dark and medium roast beans and love the chocolate, almond nutty flavour with a silky mouthfeel and Im dialing that in perfectly.
A predictable grinder that you can adjust with confidence, has close to zero retention and seems to love mefium and dark roasts! Perfect for those early mornings!

We have the Nice Zero in daily use and love it. It's really perfect for grinding at different granularities, very easy to adjust and it provides consistently perfect results. After almost 5 years of flawless grinding experince, there was a problem with the motor, which was serviced perfectly by the vendor. After a quick Email exchange, I could order a corresponding spare part and replace the motor by myself without any problems (very clean and repair friendly design of the entire machine).
